The state, city, and marcy all knew for years this bridge was a decaying problem when the traffic light was installed to restrict traffic flow. Now after many years these businesses on this road are forced to move or close due to the neglect of the state and city. The city should give these businesses on barns ave a chunk of land in cornhill or west utica to operate there auto salvage business. There is not much left in these sections of the city.
