This is something good happening in the community and there is not one comment posted. Why? is it because people feed on evil?

Nah, it's because a great story like this doesn't make it to the top visible area on Dailypress.com . I wonder where the story ended up in print? Was it a front pager?

it's a wonderful thing that a white church and a black church can visit each other like this, but i go to a church that is black, white and hispanic. i don't have to go to another church to enjoy another culture. you should come to my church, the Messiah Center on Pembroke Ave in Hampton, where, once you step foot inside the door, you can feel God's love.

I went to St Roses Catholic Church in Hampton this past friday night for a fish fry. It was sponsored by the St Vicients Knights I think. It was a very diverse crowd. St Roses and St Vicients are both diverse congregations and have been for years.

This is as it should be. I was raised that there is only one race: the human race!

Got it. Nice webpage. Your Second Coming Doctrine is a bit confusing (where does the tribulation fit into it?), but otherwise, it looks pretty good.

we are considered "pre-trib" meaning we believe God will take his church before the tribulation takes place. please feel free to contact the church (number is in the directory) for more answers to your questions.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said that the most segregated hour in America was Sunday morning from 11 to 12. I'm glad that Christians are making an effort to bridge that gap. There are other churches that have done similar things.

Martin Luther was a great and noble man...that's the original one, not the name grabber "Martin Luther King Jr". Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a very basic a rabbelrouser and proclaimed himself a Dr. of theology - his own theology of the time. He made himself an opportunity very much like anyone has the chance to do in the USA. When you sit behind the same old race relations "problem" all of the time it gets very sad - ask Obama. People will get along without some always pulling the race card - that gets sad too!

Mom and Dad explained to me about blacks. "They were from another country who sold them to greedy traders who sold them again as workers. Their injustice and 'ownership'(sponsorship to a great country) was eventually deemed unconstitutional and they were rightfully freed. They are very much human just like us except that they hold a grudge all of the time and have lost their self esteem. They fight each-other all of the time and will kill each-other for simple reasons. For that reason, stay away from them."

I have friends and love them. They have a friend too, just do not kill each-other over my daughter nor burden her with your problem or your lust. Treat me and mine with the respect that you feel you are due. Otherwise, stay the hell away - I do not like you and it's YOUR fault!

Let's not forget Thomas Jefferson, who enjoyed the company of Black Children, Sally Hemmings was only 14 years old when she was pregnant with Jefferson's first or 5 Kids by Sally.
