Mr. Fishel says he is certified by the minor judiciary. I checked by calling. He is not. Mr. Fishel has lied to everyone about this certification. Not an honest man and certainly not credible to be judge. That old certification is worthless.
Also having checked, It is true Mr. Fishel was charged with beating his wife on two occasions.
I wonder what the ex-Mrs. Fishel has to say about him.......
Look what is happening in York County with the Judge over there. Domestic violence issues. Hopefully we will not have a judge like that in Adams county.

Little seems to a well rounded individual with a good backround. People who know him have nothing but good to say. Maybe some one who has not been in politics would be a good choice. It's time for a average citizen to take control.

Being a District Judge is not politics. Judges are to apply the law without politics being involved. None of the three canidates have been involved in politics previously. Mr. Hollinger is clearly the best qualified. He is the only canidate who has ACTUAL experience in the courtroom, civil litigation and arbitration. 15 years of experience clearly makes him the most qualified and experienced canidate. I will be voting for Mr. Hollinger. Mr. Little and Mr. Fishel are probably okay guys, but they just don't have the experience. There is no time for "on the job" training. I'm sure you don't want a judge guessing at a decision if you're the person before the court and a decision will effect YOU.

Well if things don't work out in the little kangaroo court, you'd just need to appeal the real court with a real judge.

It appears that I must once again defend myself from the cowardly blogging that is occurring by some whom are using and hiding behind an alias moniker in an attempt to drag mud.
First I will address the Non-traffic citations filed SIX YEARS ago. It was the strategy of my ex-wife’s divorce attorney to have as much public attention brought to bear on me in an attempt to promote the perception that I was a bad husband. There was no case for a divorce otherwise. The DA has a policy to be contacted in any case involving a police officer that may be charged. This is a good policy to demonstrate that no one is shown favoritism. It was obvious to all that these charges were frivolous complaints against me, but the citations were filed according to policy. As “FACT CHECK” stated they were dismissed and withdrawn. If I even cared about the citations, I would have had them expunged from my record, as these are nothing more than a traffic ticket.
HEAVEN SENT complains about the semantics of me listing the certification by the MJB. Any education that one takes can ever be taken from them therefore my certification is not “ a meaningless piece of paper” I attended every class, tested and passed the certification program. I am extremely proud of this because the fail rate is extremely high. To pass the program at the first testing is commendable.
I obtained the certification and I will re-test and be current by the time I take office. There is nothing misleading or not truthful in what I list on my website. Certified by the Minor Judiciary Board of Education, then and by the time I take office. Thanks for reading it!
MAY THE BEST MAN WIN discusses current and active experience. Can you take away an experience? That is like to say you can un-ring a bell. I have investigated, prosecuted, or been involved with cases in all levels of our court system from minor traffic to criminal homicide. I have civil experience as well with bad checks and landlord/tenant complaints.
I have been involved with cases before the federal courts both civilly and criminally. Our streets are now safer because of my arrests that brought federal convictions and sentences of multiple 35 years to life for large city drug dealers that thought we were just “local yocal wannabees” and preyed on our youth. I hope this answers the “THEY WERENT COPS” post.
I am not sure how the comments that HEAT listed about Greg Hollingers lifestyle were removed, but I agree that is was a good call. This type of dialog is inflammatory, and even if true has no place in an environment such as this.
In the beginning of this race the three of us shook hands and agreed to keep the campaign clean. There is a lot of information that is quite on the “insider” type. That is, most of the public would not be able to dredge or know where to find it. So someone close to the candidates is inflaming this race. I have not and shame on you if you allow this to continue.
I said before and I will say it now, if you want to stand toe-to-toe with me for a debate, use your true name and come on.
I am Douglas Fishel and I am running for the office a Magisterial District Judge.
I just checked back on this blog and apparrently many don't care to read the truth, they just keep on slinging mud on you. I quoted this for you so they can see it again. Your explanations are very clear and should be the end of the questions anyone has. Stay strong, you are by far the best candiate, you have many runningh scared or they would not keep repeating the Bull that they are.

Just keep on dragging old news, I called Mr. Fishel because I wanted to know and hear it first hand. He passed the certification the first time he tested.( many can't say this because the standards are so strict) He maintained the continuing education requirements and will re-test before he takes office. He did not lie to anyone, he certified in 2005 and will be certified when he takes office.

He was never charged with beating his wife. The summary citations were for harrassment and were discharged for lack of evidence. Unfortunately you can never be "UN-ARRESTED" once your name is reported in the papers. They don't follow up if the charges are dropped, it is borring news.

I am happy with the answers that he gave me and he did not hestitate to take my call. I am voting for him because of his honesty even when the blogs are against him. I live in East Berlin area and I will support him all the way now.

I have seen Greg Hollinger working in a court room. His knowledge, demeanor and understanding were evident. Greg has our vote!

I was under the impression that the politician who has the most money wins. Whether or not he has a record never seems to matter. Unless they killed somebody it's all good.
