Something tells me every person will vote for this the first time around, a NO vote would be like telling Harley you do not want your job anymore! I cannot wait for them to start packing up and pulling out of York, will not happen soon enough!! buh bye now

I can't imagine that the contract wouldn't be ratified. This process has been painfully protracted, with threats of HD leaving York. Of course, despite a positive vote, HD still has to make their business decision, to stay or move south to KY. We'll see if they've been jerking the York community around.

HD union: Don't give in to demands. You deserve at least a 10% raise and more vacation sick/time. Time somebody stand up for the working man and against corporate America.

Most people get a 2 or 3 % raise if anything. I think the union may finally be responsible and make the right decision. Are they complaining abut the amount of sick or vacation days?

Hey all you Harley/union bashers,it must really suck to have such miserable lives. I couldn't imagine being as unhappy as all of you. I feel bad for all your coworkers,(unless you all work together). I'll bet your employers just can't wait until you all clock out and leave at the end of the day! If Harley stays in York, the economy gets better and they decide to hire more people don't bother applying we don't want you!

Just be sure to get there early (like you can't for work) cause it opens at 7 am. You could vote and still be at the welfare office when they open at 8 am.

We don't need to create jobs that only pay “just to get by weekly” those are just cheap wage jobs. And when you say we are going south it’s cheaper. Many don’t want those types of cheap wage jobs either. Buying a new car in the south is no different then buying a new car in the north. Same prices…. You say their cost of living is less and taxes are low, I think not. Their cost of living is the same in the USA just in different ways. STOP TAKING AWAY THE MIDDLE CLASS…..WE are part of the United States—one Nation. Stop making us divided amongst each other for jobs.

Its as simple as this...either except your current pay rate or take a pay cut...or, try to "think" your standing up for something and watch Harley leave like CAT did...think it can't happen...keep playing with this billion dollar company, and see if they don't show you how for real they can be about re locating! It makes no sense...would you rather have your job at whatever rate they pay you now...or no job at all! Its a recession you goofballs...you won't know what you had,...until its GONE!!!

Would it be proper for my neighbor Paul and I to hang out in the parkin' lot and hair-a$$ the voters. Please advise. If OK, we'll be the ones with the little propeller on top of our beanie cloth helmets; and of course, wearing our Suzuki jackets.
