What about the OTHER 32 counts, or is my math incorrect, again. Plea bargain, he didn't mean to do the OTHER 32.

Here is another example of our court system failing our children once more .
I am really tired of reading about these animals getting plea bargains .
Our children deserve more protection .
I'd like to know if this guy is out on bail .
Next he'll be crying about having to register as a sex offender .

best way to take care of all of his complaining,
put antlers on his head and drop him in the middle of the
woods today. Once again, would save alot of headaches, tax $'s, etc...

Respectfully disagree...bad, bad move. Yorkers are notoriously such very very bad shots that he would surely escape, with only a shot to the foot or knee. Then we would have to pay for all his hospital bills after someone drove him to the Emergency Room.

why wasnt there a dna test done to prove this did or did not happen! and was the kids taken to the doctor? was the kids also taken to see a shrink to make sure they were alright and to help prove it one way or another. who out there would want to be accused of this without proof I think there is more to this story then meets the eye!

So you are saying you would not take your child to the doctor if your child would tell you , someone touched him or her in private places!, or to see a shrink to make sure they are alright! I'm sorry but this sounds more like he is set up by someone!!! As for federal charges that is another issue but for what I hear and read through the grapevine that kind of evidence could have been planted as well. I also heard he only pleaded no contest because he did ot have the money for a trial!!!!!!

To answer your question ...
These men should go to jail and stay there .
These men are thinking of their own sick wants and never mind the consequences of suffering they are doing to the children the harm .

Molestation is a crime . Put these animals where they can't touch another child .
And don't try to excuse them by saying "they were thinking with there 2nd head" .

That one doesn't have a brain .
