Karl didn't do this. Innocent until proven guilty. Karl is a good man with a loving family and the police were foul in arresting him on Christmas Eve. Also, a particular sergeant is going to regret his word choice when this is all over. There is no need for them to be cruel. Karl is not the only one hurting in this and one would think people would be a little more empathetic during the holidays. Yes, it is awful that the other employees lost their jobs, but they have not proven that Karl is guilty. So as of now he is just another victim. I'm praying for you and your family Karl. I know you'll get through this. Love you.
Another victim..........was he a victim when he rented half a hotel out for the Rose Bowl for him and all his friends and charged it too his company card that was supposed to be for company business only???? Was he a victim when he was writing himself almost $250,000 dollars worth of bonuses that were unauthorized?? No he was the same worthless piece of shiz that he is today!!! I hope he gets a$$ raped and turned into some brotha's biotch!!! Burn in hell Karl!!!! And cops have free passes, they never regret anyhting!!!

noun
1. Grammar . a syntactic construction containing a subject and predicate and forming part of a sentence or constituting a whole simple sentence.

You must have really missed the intent and syntax of the quote. I would be cautious in making threats.

Threat:
Noun
1.a declaration of an intention or determination to inflict punishment, injury, etc., in retaliation for, or conditionally upon, some action or course; menace: He confessed under the threat of imprisonment.
2.an indication or warning of probable trouble: The threat of a storm was in the air.
3.a person or thing that threatens.
I wasn't threatening at all. Simply stating that he's going to feel pretty foolish when Karl is found innocent. If you would have read the next sentence in my original post you would know that. But taking things out of context adds fuel to your fire I guess.

"Just another victim" OF WHAT EXACTLY? Do you think he was a fall guy? Sorry, not the case. While he was stealing thousands of dollars to put on a lifestyle show, hard working people were taking pay cuts and losing their jobs. Mind you, he wasn't making $10 an hour while doing this, but making a very comfortable six figure salary. Karl Breeden is, and will be, the epitomy of selfishness, and greed; While I feel for his girls and wife, I sincerely hope he gets a minimum of 15 months to 2 years in PA State prison, not club Fed.

The company is owned / ran by a bunch of criminals. Karl is the most honest and honorable person I know. This has got stink written all over it. No matter what ... I hope the real truth comes out in the end. And when it does ... Karl will be vindicated.

actually if the police had a heart, they could have waited until after christmas. I know the guy comitted a crime but I have known others in this same situation that the cops waited until after christmas to arrest them. geez come on have a heart.
Haver a heart?! Are you serious? This man LAID OFF PEOPLE during a very bad economy all while lining his own pockets, and the police should have a heart? Where was his heart while those people he laid off struggled to make ends meet feed their children pay their mortgages? Would you be so sypathetic if you were one of those laid off while he continued to steal? hey failed to also mention that the guys employed by AIS, accepted a wage freeze for 2 years in order to help the company, during the time he is accused of stealing. Hmmm, sounds to me like some one had a heart and he took advantage, allegedly. I hope the truth comes out, and I honestly do hope he did not steal while those guys were laid off, however there must be something to the allegations, or he would not have been arrested. Also, keep in mind they have been investigating since july, so it was not a snap judgement on the side of the prosecutors office or the police, apparently the found sufficient evidence to obtain an arrest warrant.

Must have been another one of the few that benefitted from Karl's "scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" system. Sorry, the only crook here is already in custody. Enjoy prison Karl!!! No pools, boats, or trips to PSU there!

Anything up to and including 24 months is served at the county level in PA. A crime must require more than 24 months in order to be placed into the State Prison System....either way he will be working at McD's asking if you want fries with that for a long time......and the restitution and court costs.........Karls $377,000 theft could easily turn into over $500,000......If it can be proven he paid for his kids education with the stolen money most schools would revoke their degrees, they can take anyhting and everyuhting they feel he used th money on...even if not for himself!!!

Yes, innocent until proven guilty.

I pray that Karl seeks forgiveness & redemption, and that all impacted offer forgiveness.

Unfortunately, greed & temptation know no bounds. Doesn't matter how much someone makes, their age, gender, how well-educated, how nice, how unassuming, how community involved, how no obvious signs, etc.

Prayers to the entire Breeden family to endure.

Another perhaps not so well know fact...these type of thefts in York County(and everywhere else) are unfortunately not reported/prosecuted too frequently. Yes we see some in the papers, but many businesses decide not to pursue because of embarrassment or the hassle of the entire legal process. I've seen many of these situation where there is no reporting/prosecution, and the ex-employee is sent back out in the community to do it again!??
