Sadly, I wonder if hearing screams there is not so uncommon?
I'm not familiar with the area at all, but if we heard screams here, it would not be ordinary.

I do feel sorry for the people who may have heard her screaming as well, it would be only natural to feel guilt, warranted or not. None of us always makes the right decision, at every given moment.

Every scream should go noticed. I can't believe it, I would of at least knocked on the door, to make sure she was alright, they had to know she lived alone.

Fireside is one of the nosiest neighborhoods in York. I am sure neighbors called the police over loud music. Check the records, there is probably at least one noise ordinance. So with that in mind, why wouldn't they call when they heard her screaming for HELP? The bottom line is, they should be arrested too. They ignored her cries for mercy. They may have saved her life if they would have been consistently nosey this time around.

I can't beleive that people will call the cops when a Dog is barking to loud
When a Car Alarm is sounding to long
When people play music to loud
But ..... Nobody resoponds to SCREAMS OF HELP.
I hope you all sleep well at night knowing that you could have saved a life if you would have just dialed 911. Rest in peace BIPP. You will be remembered.

so, after arresting the suspect who alledegly claimed heard a scream but turned out to be the one who really committed the crime, i ask you , "what makes a person think that they can outsmart the police/detectivies who investigate homocides as a living? such a waste of another life"

Maybe I watch too much T.V. or am extremely sensitive to the TRUTH, but after reading the neighbor's take on what happened, it dropped into my spirit, "hmmmnn, crawlspace?- neighbor?... now that's the one I would be concerned about..." Although, I did dismiss this and thought, it could have been an ex...

Later that evening I went to bed and prayed that as a single woman who lives alone, " God replace the images I've formed in my mind of Bip's body/crime scene with your unshakable peace... Replace the fear and pain I feel with your security and faith... Protect me tonight, and make the truth be known for Bip, her family, neighbors, and the law..."

Man, this shook me at my core, I mean hey you only see this stuff on T.V. right?

Dear God, Thank you for revealing the truth so quickly God... I pray that each family member gives themselves permission to grieve, even if they need to enlist the help of a counselor... I pray that the pain they feel right now be replaced with UNSHAKABLE PEACE and that their healing process restores them back to WHOLEness and JOY... All in God's speed..

We Love you Bip and family. Although we can not imagine how you feel right now, we do know that experiencing true joy again is possible... This is what we want for you...

Your friends...
