WHAT ABOUT THE 2 and pounds of cocaine, 12 pounds of marijuana, a 9mm handgun, 40 cal. handgun, AK-47 assault rifle, 43 pairs of Nike Air Jordans AND $24,887 cash.

How can you afford 43 Air Jordans if your UNEMPLOYED?

Because they're not worth banning over your unjustified fears.

Last year in PA twice as many people were beaten to death as were killed with rifles of any type.

YOUR thinking may be correct, but you are incorrect on YOUR use of YOUR when it should have been YOU'RE! YOU'RE a silly duck with YOUR premise! LOL...the 'off topic' grammar queen strikes again! Who cares; AIN'T?

Are you people really this ignorant? This man is a MAJOR drug dealer and very dangerous. Thank God that the York City Police have him in custody. He is a menace to society.

The York City Police didn't catch this guy, he's been dealing openly for quite awhile. The cops bungled the entry on his apartment; if he had been home with an incinerator or chemical disposal system in place the police would have had to rely on the weapons violations because he had plenty of time to get rid of the drugs. He's a young kid. He's too green to realize that he needed to create a small business that deals in cash to keep his assets protected and he needed to keep the weight stashed somewhere he wasn't laying his head.

In York open a barber shop, tattoo shop, sub shop or muffler and rims shop. The city will help you and the SBA will loan you some low interest cash. Declare your drug profits as legit sales from your business and set up a few young boys you can trust to take the fall for you, that's how the mid level dealers in this area operate.

The drug task force grabs up these young guys who are clueless while never even getting close to the MAJOR drug dealers.

Are you saying there's more to this than meets the eye? Are are the pushers just too savy to get caught?

You're right. He should've marched into a local business/industry (say Harley, for example) and gotten himself a good job. 21 years old,$800/month rent for a 1 room apartment,$4/gal gas, thousands of more manufacturing jobs recently shipped overseas, trillions in defense (and homeland security/FEMA) spending. I do not support/defend this kid's actions in the least, but HONESTLY, where is the real opportunity to survive 'legitimately'? How about the billions in drug interdiction money since Reagan? Cocoa doesnt grow up here, that means it's all imported from central/south America. Hell, with the coast guard, AWACS, US Navy, DEA...I dont see how so much of it flows in?!?! Anyone remember Iran/Contra? How about the porous Mexico boarder (Partnership & Prosperity?)...even after 911...the Patriot act can conduct domestic survielence of us, but anyone can get across the Mexican border with some effort. We're being played, people...this kid is just a speck compared to the big picture.
