Fines of over $500,000? I'm sure he'll pay all of it back in a timely manner! This sure is a great country we live in especially if you're an illegal "wetback" mooching off our handout government while hard-working citizens who have lost their jobs or are retired can barely keep their heads above water!

This is the way to go after them. Charge them with the crimes the commit. Round them up, convict them, put the dirt balls in a large shipping container and send them back!!!

Wonder what Mexico would do to a person who was in the country illegally and tried something like this?

Death by hanging in the continental square at sundown , oh wait I was thinking what we would have done if this was a young 15 year old who was confused to do what others told him to do but this scum will be sent back to Mexico were within a few hours wind up back in the US , doing more illegal stuff, so to make it easy and less costly to all American execute the son of a bitch for trespassing on US soil...

So we put him in a US prison for 20 years. That's about $500,000 from US taxpayer money. And since he's in prison he can't pay his fine. Maybe we send him back to Mexico........oops, he slipped back in again. I'd rather ship him back and spend the $500K to supply some ammo for the guards on the border.

Paying the return half of their round-trip ticket here won't change anything. Never has.

Many will happily turn themselves in for the free ride home for the holidays, then in the spring it's back to El Norte for work. If they want to go back and visit Mama, let them do it on their own dime.

And they're not dirt balls.

Can't we fly them over Mexico and drop them off from about 10,000'? Without a parachute of course.
You want great TV ratings how about a game show similar to the movie "The Running Man? Let them loose in the desert somewhere and give prizes out to the most contestants who can kill the most Mexicans in a certain amount of time. I'm sure we would have millions of people lining up to get on that show. Instead of "Deadliest Catch" we can call it "Deadliest Mexican".

Why should we pay to keep wet backs in prison? Give him a label as a drug snitch and turn him over to the mexican drug cartels. They'll do the right thing and eliminate this piece of shit.

I hope this isn't an indication that the Feds are going to start picking on all Democrat voters.

"..The Department of Homeland Security, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement and the United States Marshals Service conducted the investigation..."
Seems like an awful lot of manpower for this one arrest, not that it shouldn't have been made, but they gotta start trying to do it a little more economically.

I hope you're not defending the actions of a thug who gunned an innocent man down in cold blood for his cell phone. If so, you are nuts. The 15 year old should be hung in the square, and all of his thug buddies should be given front row seats.

Ha. We lived in Calif. I got laidoff from my job. Went to collect Unemployment. Asked to check the places I worked in my 25yrs. of employment. 3 of those places I never heard of. So my unemployment was held up until thee issue was resolved. Not my fault but it turned out an illegal mexican had used my SS#. So I was inconvenienced. My inconvenience was not having my weekly income to pay my rent and other bills. Now that is how it works for a true American Citizen. Gee, I often wonder what the government did with the money that illegal took from the SS#. It probably went into benefits such as medical, welfare, food stamps for more illegals. These illegals are entitled to more then the American citizens who actually pays in.
I say realistically because he won't be hung or any of the suggested punishments but realistically put him in prison with the 20yr. serve. Do it more often and the rest of them will get the message not to enter and mess with the laws of our country. Like one commenter posted let an American or someone from another country attempt living in Mexico illegally. Never heard or seen again would be their fate.

So your central thesis is "murder Mexicans on TV", is that right?

There's a word for those who would line up to execute others on TV.

They are called "sociopaths". Step in front of a mirror to see an example.

Why are we taking up the courts time with prosecution? He is an illegal alien. He is not a citizen. He does not have the right to an attorney, He does not have the right to have one appointed. He does not have the right to be tried by a jury of his peers. Put him on a plane (literally) and let him hold on tight on the way back to his country....
