the Bronx is a great place to live. Its the most dangerous borough, according to crime statistics, but its benefits outweigh the danger. Arthur Avenue is the real Little Italy with great Italian restaurants, better than anything in Oakland. We have the NY Yankees, the greatest sports team in the world. The Bronx Zoo, the largest metropolitan zoo. The botanical gardens, when your there its like being in the forest, you would have no idea you were in the middle of a city. Don't be stupid, don't wander into neighborhoods you shouldn't be, always walk with someone if your out late. Otherwise its a great place and an even better time. Feel free to ask me any questions about the great borough.

the bronx is the bomb! I live in FL now but I so wished I could move back home, I miss it so much!there's everything there and I would never exchange that upbringing expirience for anything in the world!!! and its not that dangerous unless you look like a punk with potentials of being robbed...lol other than that its awesome.

EVERY NATIONALITY lives in d bronx .. you forgot Jamaicans (my daughter is half by her father) you forget Trinidadians, Guyanese, St. Lucians, Bajans, all d west indian people .. yes many italians but only in certain parts .. im d only southern italian/sicilian (which is ah variety of mixes in one)/russian and polish person who is in among all spanish heritages (puerto rican/dominican/guatamalian/ec uadorian/mexican etc), various african heritages, n asian heritages .. as for the crime .. the statistics are incorrect b/c brooklyn has more crime and is the news EVERY NIGHT .. sometimes MULTIPLE TIMES ah night, Bronx is only every other night if that ? lol .. compared to cali .. bronx is colder, probably does have more crime and is more dangerous altho that might be an ignorant comment considering i havent been to cali but from what i have learned from cali .(my cuzn grew up there n mah friend from high school "Binghi Ghost" is ah reggae artist out there) cali seems mad laid back .almost country like even? and most likely lot cleaner than nyc n surrounding boros streets!.. but you got d Yankees here, 24 hr bodegas only a few blocks away, Bronx Zoo, Bronx NY Botanical Gardens, Fordham Road, 3rd ave n 149th Street, Montefiore Hospital which from what i heard has ah great medical staff.. on Arthur Ave is the Bronx Little Italy with cannolis and pasta and White Plains Rd n 225th with the Jerk Chicken, Rice n Peas, broiled cabbage and vegetables .. which is also good over on E 174th and Southern Blvd right next the the 174th 2 train station .. of course there is the "wanna be" hustlas, the crackheads, the dog doodoo all ova, the poor MTA service that keeps rising their fare .. so its the good with d bad ..

I was just trying to give him an idea of what the majority of ethnicities are in the Bronx. I didn't mean anything by not naming those you had. I love the Bronx and its diversity makes it such a wonderful place to live. Where in the Bronx do you all live. I personally live in the Fordham section and Little Italy. Thanks!

There are those who are racsist, not just italians. Those who are rascist are pathetic. The diversity of the Bronx is what makes it such a wonderful place. I am white causcasian and have never had a problem with rascist comments thrown at me or other ignorant racial actions. I (heart) The Bronx.....gotta buy the T-Shirt lol.
You'll enjoy it!
