NYCMan Busted For Crack, Heroin

A New York City man will be in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing following his arrest in Ogdensburg for possession of powdered and crack cocaine and heroin, worth $5,300 and evidently packaged for sale.

Harry J. McCarthy, he was seen "hiding contraband."" Looks like something is finally being done about the neeker dealers from out of town.
