When it comes to matching DNA they can only match the ones they have on file, I think they should make it a law when a person is arrested not only get just fingerprints, but get some of their DNA.

It makes a lot of sense when anyone is arrested on suspicion of a sex crime especially to do a DNA swab. These are often repeat offenders and Richard you might think about what you would want if your 12 year old was raped and there was someone who had been arrested on suspicion of raping another person a few blocks away....but was let go because there was not enough evidence. His DNA on file would make it a lot easier to arrest him in your daughters case.

We need a national DNA database with everyone's DNA, it would solve so many crimes.....

cell phones are very handy, but when you really need them when you are in the county, you look and no service. when i do find those spots i enjoy them very much. i only wish i did not need one.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Capricorn

You're feeling slightly unconventional and you're looking for activities that will reflect your mood. You certainly won't be very keen on doing things that are drearily predictable or boring, although you'll grit your teeth and get on with them if you have no choice. But ideally you should do things on the spur of the moment, preferably in the company of people who make you feel alive and alert.
