Cotulla can't take care of the roads we have now and you want a loop. What is city hall going to do about the million pot holes in town??? I bet Mexico has better roads than Cotulla. We must have a lot of money from all the city hook ups or is that going in their own pockets? I wonder ???

Poisoning our environments, Destroying our roads and endangering the communities. All this for jobs that will be gone when they leave in a few months. We will be drinking contaminated water, driving on potholes and 75% unemployment ...thank you cotulla corrupt city officials for selling our town for greed

PEOPLE, why are you even on this forum...citizens of Cotulla...everyone is making money, except you the ones that care bout your town. Yes, they will come and go but WHERE is your city manager...go to them and voice your opinion may be to late, the damage is done. We to have them but we are under a great City Administrator and she has everything under control. We will see them come and go but our town is still good and the same if not better....thanks to her. Write this forum under the Cotulla topix and see what you get. This Oil Boom will last at least 10 yrs. mind, you the companies will leave but the money will still be pumping for these land owners. So nip the town, they leave and destroyed the town, but so what I am still going to get money. That is what they the ones who are getting big bucks will say.

you, sir, are absolutely correct. the sad argument that it's good for the economy will ring hollow when our water is contaminated. we take such things for granted and we are tragically wrong to do so.

$4+ a gallon for gas! To all the idiots that thought that more drilling would get the price down I bet you feel stupid. Maybe next time you won't fall for the God bless America bull sh*t from an oil man president. "Drill baby drill" what a bunch of ignorant religious fools... they gonna put the same demand price on water when they poison the environment...

Citizen Your so right These oil field rats need to have a road off cotulla. They are not just a past to the roads But they keep getting people killed as well.& it seems that the dam oil companies don't care who the hell they kill on the roads. We don't need this shit money or no money If people keep dying on the roads do to idiots that are to messed up Then why do we want all that money for so we can buy a plot in the grave yard? I don't getting all that money would do us any good dead.

Your right & even if the cover all the pot holes Its still going to take money to do that.& just think of all the money being thrown in just pot holes each time they get uncovered again. All that money will just be a waste. When the smart thing to do would just open a loop After all this so call oil boom is going to be here for yrs Just think 10 yrs of just covering pot holes I bet all that money used up will be more then to make a loop.
