Michelle can't you just post a comment without insulting people? And the phone company called, pay your bill. I'll leave off the other judgements.

This is a true story, not to be confused with the poster who also uses that name. last night, at the rescheduled PCCA meeting, an lady came in and she wanted to vote. This is exactly the type of supporter some of the candidates would want. (Misinformed and out of touch...a ball of clay).

I am still waiting to hear if there are going to be any meet the candidates debates. That would actually be a way for residents to become informed before the vote. My only fear is that they will turn into side shows with a bunch of people asking stupid questions and attacking people personally.

I sure hope they hold a few meet the candidate nights and I want them all to be video taped and posted on you tube for those of us unable yo attend meetings. It would hopefully eliminate harassment and keep it to the issues...

Have you ever been cited for a code violation? do you prefer summer rentals even though the vast majority of residents would be opposed? If you are elected, what department will you takeover or revamp?

Good questions ... how about "if your are elected what are your plans for the waterfront lawsuit, will you represent the residents or the private club?"

Fear not and let the truth be told! Whose to say what is a stupid question? Or do you want censorship? Answering to the public is what public service is all about. Or else they shouldn't be running.

Trust me, there will be stupid questions, and most likely (unfortunately) stupid answers.

you do know that that answer goes both ways. Anyone, Gail, that says they will continue with the lawsuit will lose my vote.

And none of you know when the debates will be. Talk about a bunch of uninformed voters!

Vote for Bruce and Maura wrote:
Are you tired of the lies fed to you by the Vision Team?
Tired of finding out AFTER the village buys properties and building with YOUR tax dollars?
Wish you had an actual say in how your government is run like you were promised?
If you said yes, then say YES to Bruce and Maura.
Vote Bruce and Maura for an open government, not back door politics like we have now.
and now, they have bought another vechicle. a 2014 chevy silverado. why new? why not a one year old? they could have saved over twelve thousand that way and still be warranteed. most villages/towns are cutting spending and buying used vehicles. not us. we spend spend spend. who is this vehicle for and what will it be used for? there are two vehicles sitting snowbound at village hall. what's with them? sorry you don't like it that bruce tells what's going on in the secrets and lies village, but secrets always come out.

we are definitely not getting the same services we had with brookhaven. we are responsible for our own streets (4 feet in) and the drains have not been properly maintained. our roads are smaller and neighborhood road is full of druggies and lowlifes. i was never afraid to walk around at night, but now i am. we have more renters and more rentals with overcrowded conditions. the place looks like a giant mess, and they can't even take down their own christmas decorations until feb. we have a million dollar bond.

this place is a mess.

Let's see if Brady is the amazing "investigator" that he thinks he is. There are two dates for the meet the candidates, let's see if he can figure them out without calling Bruce or Maura to get their help.

The first date is in Feb and the second one is in march.
The first one is before the 27 but after the 23. I'm leaving a few days because I can't make it too easy on Mr. Investigator.
The second one is before March 13.

I think it speaks volumes that none of you are informed enough to know when there will be a debate. Uninformed on the issues, uninformed in life. YOU must be voting for the vision team!

the phone company? really? i haven't commented on topix in a while, but since you want to bring me into it, i am posting. are you stalking me? if you post my personal information on this or any forum, i will sue you. i am not letting you bully me again. don't drive by my house anymore. don't post about me. stay away, or i will get a court order to keep you away from me. you are a bully and nasty with it.

the # 1 stupid question... Maura, why did you marry a man? Which one of you is going to ask that one? Yes Maura, why did you marry a man when you are a lesbian? It's not like you asked US permission on who you may marry!!
I hope Gail is ready to answer a few questions about HER past love lives if that question is asked. And I hope BOTH of them say "it's none of your damn business who I married"

the suspensions in the vehicles keep giving out. I mean, have you seen the size of a few of our "workers"?
I guess every person working in the village gets a new car. Sure is different then the promise the MBVEC gave us that VOLUNTEERS would be using THEIR personal cars! But who would be stupid enough to believe that lie?
But I guess we can ask that question to Gail and Bob at the meet the candidate night.

No personal questions should be asked at all and I hope candidates decline to answer anything like that. All questions should only pertain to village related business and issues. Only a lowlife would violate someone's privacy.

well, in the village meeting minutes it said both Bob and Gail did. I do hope people go back through the meeting minutes and find all the approved purchases of unnecessary equipment and contractors and ask our current trustees about them.
I'd like to know who approved, and when, they decided to turn MBV Into a factory town! I mean really, a baby formula factory in MBV? Talk about a way to bring down home prices while generating revenue for village hall! What genius came up with THAT plan?
