I'llllll be homeless for Christmas, as the price of oil drops. There will be empty motel rooms and endless Cushing goons. And the only ones in town with a steady job are the cops.

Unfortunately, I do live in Cushing, our children went to school here and we both taught school here as well. Fortunately we no longer teach here but our jobs now keep Cushing central for travel to our teaching jobs now. If I knew what Cushing was like when we bought our home and moved here...we would have never considered Cushing as a place raise our family. Fortunately my grandchildren live and attend school elsewhere. Will move as soon as the opportunity allows us to do so!

The school system in Cushingok sucks.the teachers don't care unless you're playing sports. If you are poor they don't care about you either. Cushingok is a click town if you don't suck ass, you wont make it there!!!

I was reading about Ex President Reagan's home town in Ohio. It seems that a woman working in city goverment stole tens of millions of dollars from the town. And no one even had a clue of the theft for over a 20 year period, I have to wonder if Cushing is no better.

Sure Cushing is bankrupt. But I still wonder, when will it be safe to open the Safety Center?

Why would a upset police chief resign from his job then run for city council. Hasn't this poor man been punished enough?

Perhaps the ones helping themselves to public and federal funds should just go ahead pick out a new cell.

How do you explain stupidity, graft, and kick backs when your hoping to receive federal matching funds for the constuction of a public building? And as the ship sank the rats onboard tried to swim out to the lifeboats but as they swam they were pulled down by the creatures of the deep.
