We should have tests for dogs that tell if they are friendly or not, but in a fair way. Those dogs were acceptable losses, but they were aggressive, they might have done something about it but hey, maybe if people donated to shelters then this would not happen as much. Anyhow, im actually happy that the number of aggressive dogs have gone down, even slightly down helps. Cats Rule!!!
