Bullshit. It's the same old Pentagon and Cold War pork pimped by contractor whores since the big war, that we can no longer afford, with regrets, because we are rapidly heading toward an $18 trillion national debt that the Pentagon pimps want us to ignore for more wars or forget. Of course, I would not really care if they gave me a fair share.
