You mean like the fact states can do just about whatever they desire provided it's allowed by their Constitution? The country has a Constitution too. Nowhere in that Constitution do I see the federal government responsible for healthcare. In fact in our Constitution, it lists what the federal government is responsible for. Cash for Clunkers is not in it.
Secondly one would have to ask: how many people lost their jobs because of Romney Care? How many people were forced into reduced hours because of Romney Care? How many people lost their health insurance coverage under Romney Care?
As a side note, I have an '85 F250 in good shape. Cash for clunkers makes it harder to find some parts when I need them but at the same time, the disappearance of so many of it's 'brethren' has enhanced it's value a little as a near 30 yr old classic.
