I think Xenia police should file charges against her. This women was a child, she is a grown women that had to know that her family would be worried about her. To just take off and expect no one to try and find her was completely stupid. When she failed to let anyone including her parents know for days then she asked for any legal action she gets.
She shouldn't have her child either, no mother of morals would leave her child like that to start a new life as she said. A nice hefty fine and some time in jail will make her grow up and face reality!

Her case got national exposure and now that she has turned up safe she now has to live with an entire country knowing what a selfish , foolish , inconsiderate and stupid person she is .

I hope spreading her legs for this guy was worth the riducule and probably loosing her family over.

She is a big girl now, and doesn't really need to let ANYONE know where she is AND WHAT SHE IS UP TO if she chooses not to...no crimes were commited. There was never evidence of anything that even looked suspesious. If I were her I'd be looking into legal action against the media and City of Xenia for invasion of privacy.

CONSIDER charges? Really? CONSIDER? You attorneys charge her every red cent for every useless hour wasted on this whacko.(By the way Tre, I really think you could have found someone a little less ugly, a little less homely and someone without so much baggage).

And jail her until all monies are paid in full.

Just me, it wasn't Xenia or media, it was her husband concerned over her whereabouts. She could have stepped up and told him she was leaving.

I don't think Tre was thinking or looking with his head.

Really? REALLY? NO evidence of anything that even looked suspicious?(yes, THAT'S how the word is spelled)...how about her abandoned car, doors locked, keys inside, with a flat tire....wouldn't most people's first thought be that she had a flat tire and someone stopped to help and may have abducted her? Sounds to me like she tried to make it look like something had happened to her.....what a pathetic, immature child!

It's great to see all in agreement as to what this individual has to do, which is to pay for what she utilised. She used funds that could have been applied in other cases, lied, and engaged in an extra marital affair. Yet, the only person who can judge her is God!( or did all forget that ?)

I nominate Tiffany for the "Are You on Drugs?!" award. She leaves without knowing or caring that people will be in a frenzy searching, she doesn't seem to care enough that she's leaving a family--especially her child-- and she was just hanging out going garage sale shopping in Florida. What? Who does that? Is she on drugs?!

To the people that think she doesn't need to tell people where she's going??? You are stupid! She has a obligation to the child that she abandoned! If for nothing else then monetary support if she chooses to start a new life! Therefore she was commiting a crime by abandoning her child knowing full well that she was to be supporting that child!! She entered into a legal and binding 'contract' of marriage!! Therefore she broke that bind and pulled in hundreds of others in the search for her. And people seem to forget that she staged her car to make it appear as though foul play had occurred!
She purposefully manipulated the media, police, her family and all others involved in this. She needs to pay for it! Bottom line. If she had been single then that is a different story, but she had LEGAL OBLIGATIONS as a parent to a minor child!!! She was selfish, shameless, pathetic, and totally ignorant in her regards to being a mother! She had a responsibility to that child to take of her!! I hope and pray that her husband divorces her and takes full custody of that baby girl. This pitiful excuse of a woman doesn't deserve to have her family, not when she abandons them without regard!

While I think it's difficult for any child to go without a mother or father, I certainly hope she doesn't decide to ask for custody. This woman shows no signs of being a good parent by her actions. Even if life was a living hell for her (which from outside appearances does not seem so... but we will never know), for the sake of her child, she could have told somebody what she was doing.

Adults deal with things in strange and usually selfish ways. Adults usually eventually get over them. Kids are hurt for life in situations like this.

Charges for what? The last I looked, she lived in the US and you have the freedom of up and leaving and not telling anyone. Parking her vehicle in a parking lot with the keys in the vehicle also does not constitute setting up a fake kidnapping. If she was eaving to start a new life, the last thing she would want is 1000's of people looking for her.

Not everyone believes in God you idiot! What crime did she commit? It is not against the law to leave and not tell anyone. It is not against the law to have an affair (very immoral though). Everyone is so focused on punishing her when NOBODY here knows the whole story! In a story like this there is more going on then what is told to reporters and the media does tend to exaggerate stories for ratings! Yes she should have told someone she was leaving. Yes she should have contacted her husband to let him know she was ok. She should not have abandoned her child, but her ignorant decisions were not against the law.

If it was a crime to be ignorant the majority of the people who post in here would be in jail.
