Great, after 50 years and six-trillion dollars, the bright Great Society buddies have done their studies and finally got it right! So, we should not bitch or holler about them spending another trillion dollars. Still, I will not rant about even more grants, if only we can teach the village children how to read, write and speak English...and pull up their pants.
