What is bad about an "unproductive" Congress?

So...this current Congress has been the most "unproductive" in recent American history, because they have not passed and enacted even more legislation, regulation and taxation in the capital of our nation? And this is bad? No, this is sad.

Those Tea Party people are such pests! Whining and reminding us that our original constitutional Congress was deliberately designed to be the best by doing much and even less! A Congress that does the bare minimum constitutional least, unlike this current always hungry needy greedy beast that breeds and feeds at the federal D.C. feast.
