As near as I can tell from talking with people Petroni was lead to believe that the student in question went to school somewhere else, not Springboro High School. How can a student who does not attend our high school graduate from our high school? Regardless, Petroni doesn't have the authority to deny graduation to anyone. Molly Wray's actions look like they are in violation of the trust we put in our public institutions to protect our private information.

So why the double standard, favoring Anonymous Panther to address by e-mail an elected official of the Board of Education, without FIRST stating Identity of name and address?
All emails to our BOE elected officials are open to the public; just like all comments made to the BOE in board meetings Public Participation of citizens.
If I wish to address the Board in public meeting, I am required to state my name and address, before speaking, in accordance with our board policy/bylaws on public participation. I can not expect that requirement to be waived, just because I would like to be recognized as Anonymous Citizen. Neither should that requirement be waived in the case of Anonymous Panther.
When Anonymous Panther chose to go to the Public with the students acts of random kindness project, by contacting a BOE elected official, then why should this BOE elected official NOT expect that the Anonymous Panther would abide by the same rules as all other citizens who address a public official, and begin by introduction of Name and Address?
Let us not forget that recently it was reported in the news that CCFD union employee, Mr. Veechi, "stole" the identity of our former school board president/Springboro parent and used the board president's name to post comments, as if the board president held those views same as the union employee. That was against the law, this time a Springboro parent being the victim of Mr. Veechi's crime; and Mr. Veechi only received a slap on the wrist from the Clearcreek Township Government leaders; just as Molly Wray only received a slap on the wrist by Springboro School administrators, when she committed the crime against our Springboro Students.

What a hypocrite is this CCFD union employee, who was serving our school children and community as a member of the school safety committee, alongside the board president, during the time he illegally used her identity to his political views on the Topix blog! cousaCCFD The hypocrisy of

What Molly Wray did was wrong but don't you think you are going a little too far by crying out that our Springboro Students are "victims". If you think by sending them an email makes them a victim then what Mr. Petroni did to the Anonymous Panther was equally as bad if not worse!!! Anyone that read Ms. Wray's email could have ignored it but the student that read Mr. Petroni's email would have been threatened with not graduating. Where is the outcry against Mr. Petroni??? What was the punishment for him? I would like to believe we hold our elected officials up to a higher standard but maybe not. I seem to recall that Mr. Rigano called for forgiveness but I guess that is only the case when one of your side does wrong.

Watch out for the cops at night after midnight in Springboro, I've seen them pull people over just sitting at a red light. How do you get pulled over sitting at a red light? Do you not have to be doing something wrong? they are sharks and we are little fish. I keep my car loaded with cameras pull me over when I've done nothing wrong and I'm taking it to the highest court. I'm watching them more now. My cameras are on.

Isn't it ironic that our school district administrators give our union classroom teacher, Molly Wray, a mere slap on the wrist for violating state and federal laws that are meant to protect our students' privacy rights; and even after Molly Wray is found guilty of this crime, the school administrators will not release these names of students, whose privacy rights were violated by classroom teacher, Molly Wray.

However, the Springboro Schools Board of Education leaders, Charles Anderson and Ron
Malone, voiced judgment and condemnation (during public comments at board meeting on February 27, 2014) against one of their own fellow board members; because the board member had asked Anonymous Panther emailer to Identify the Name of the Anonymous Panther, who seeking from the Board member endorsement of a students random acts of kindness project!

In being weak in their discipline to stand strong on principles of the authority of law; obviously Springboro administrators have lost Moral Authority to praise and worship their own Staff; so the School Superintendent, Todd Petrey, is now hiring a professional union activist, Jeff Stec, to launch a year-long Advertising Campaign; trying to brainwash this community into "buying" into greater Investments in our Springboro Schools, looking past the moral and political corruption of Mollygate/MSA right here under their nose; trying to distract Taxpayers by asking us to "just picture where Education will be in 10 years?"

In January, a complaint regarding Molly Wray's violation of state and Federal laws was addressed with the ODE. Knowing full well Springboro schools had recently seated a liberal-majority BOE, Columbus made a decision to not act, but instead to push the envelope back to Springboro. This shouldn't be surprising to anyone. Whether it's the state and federal level, liberal educator bureaucrats know they have to have the backs of the local teacher constituency. They know they must occasionally stroke them in order to garner the votes needed to maintain their next-to-useless jobs; next-to-useless jobs that each and every working Ohioans are being forced to pay for. So thus, educators at the state level have a history of deemphasizing "mistakes" (a.k.a. crimes) of their local-level counterparts.

The response from the Office of Professional Conduct seems to want to disregard the fact that the misuse of private information provided under the guise of confidentiality is a first degree misdemeanor. This crime is punishable by less than 180 days in jail and/or a fine of less than $1000.
If Molly Wray took the emails from her school account to her home wouldn't that be considered theft? If she did this and supported Petroni and Rigano would this be considered and handled differently?

These OEA/SEA members are some of the worst people that Springboro families have ever had to deal with as to radical social behavior. They have the destruction of America in their minds and they are terrible people because their idealogy makes them corrosive. They OPENLY use children to execute their maniacal plans for social progressive changes at the expense of society and this defines their essence. The OEA/SEA wars of words against Springboro families are won by intimidating, threatening, and ridiculing others, in these union activists efforts to tear down the will to continue fighting. This is what the OEA/SEA Unionist First Teacher does to our Children First in the Classroom.

What a waste of excellent Ability for our classroom teachers to submit their will to do what's right for our school children, to the collective bargaining rights of Forced Unionism.

Having spoken with a parents about the bad teachers I find that they are scared to complain during the school year because of their student being singled out, embarrassed etc. by the teacher. This happens. Then - when the year is over the parents are just glad to be done and rarely will go back and say anything. It is a small network and everything gets repeated. Parents who complain get marked as "pains". Why do you think these awful teachers are still teaching?
I find that I MUST speak up about this comment. My 2 children who graduated from Springboro Schools are now both in grad school...only AFTER they left Springboro did they blossom and become leaders... Our family had a terrible time with some teachers and the High School Principle...and YES, the children are retaliated against when parents have concerns or problems with teachers...if their ever is a platform to testify and show documents against the bad teachers... sign me up! There are many like me and we vote NO! til you clean up the teaching staff!
Can you believe that this "Teacher Dearest" sickness report is from this Topix blog dated December 8, 2011?

Isn't it time for people in this community to tell our highly paid Superintendent to forget about Community Engagement and Get himself Engaged in leading this Staff of Administrators and Teachers Dearest to clean up their own Mission of Corruption and Beliefs that our Students are their tools to implement Job Security for the union classroom teachers, even to the detriment of our students legal rights.

Common Cor indoctrination

Springfield, OH

#31042 Mar 24, 2014
Quite a number of Springboro students have been, or are currently being "told" by their teachers that "they must take" the federal pilot PARCC test that's being given this week. This represents liberal indoctrination at it's pinnacle. As citizens of the U.S., each student has the right to either take this test, or refuse to take it altogether. Springboro Parents, it's up to you to let your children know that their teachers are not hired and placed in classrooms to be manipulaters or provokators.

The pilot PARCC test is meant to assess each student for ...."whether or not they're on track for postsecondary success, to help identify students who may be falling behind and need extra help".

By and large, the previous statement amounts to a heaping pile of horsepuckey. The PARCC tests are a huge invasion of personal privacy. Students receive no education credit for taking the PARCC test. You or your children will never see the results of these tests. The results of PARCC. tests go to Washington DC in order to establish each and every of our students' profiles in Federally-supported "universal" education standards - the absolute disaster better known as "Common Core". Common Core is about universalizing public school curriculum standards, and taking control of curriculum away from local and regional control. shifting that responsibility to the Federal government. Springboro students: ask your parents how effective / efficient they generally believe the Federal Government to be! Texas has made a law rejecting Common Core. Teachers unions in New York state have come out against Common Core and the PARCC test.

Why use Standards rated by the Fordham institute to be lower than 6 States? Why not use standards of Massachusetts, rated by Fordham Institute to be an A whereas, untested Common Core standards are rated as a B? Common core standards are totally untested whereas Massachusetts is tried, tested and proven to be the academic leaders in this country. Does this prove that the agenda is not rigor or raising the bar?

Are you aware that the PARCC consortium (government paid test writers) who receives the data collected from the tests and is under contract to send it directly to the federal government? This data does not go to the State first it goes directly to the federal government; PARCC is required to send it to them. The State of Ohio has no choice and cannot protect this data on our students. The data collected now is minimal but will increase. There are many examples shown in documents now available online. Children will be significantly monitored and measured during testing and privacy invaded with a battery of personal questions.

A message to Boro's students....
Just because lemmings have jumped off the cliff in front of you, doesn't mean you must also make the ill-advised and fateful decision to jump.
When it comes time for your class to take the PARCC tests, if you wish, feel free to politely tell your teacher "No, Thanks". Your teacher is responsible for finding something else for you to do (i.e. study hall).
Immediately ask to see your counselor if your teacher or an administrator attempting to force you to take the PARCC test. Also, immediately ask to see your counselor if you see a teacher or administrator attempting to force the P.A.R.C.C. test onto any of your peer students. If your counselor doesn't give you a satisfactory response, don't be afraid to go to the district website, then simultaneously email the issue to all five school board members.

Did you know that the above post on this Topix blog is dated NOVEMBER 10, 2010?

Fresh Faces of Todd Petrey and Terrah Floyd, as Super and Treasurer, have now evolved from the same ole status of past failed practices of the good ole boys, Baker/Dettwiller!

Everything "Old" is "New" again as reflected in Todd Petrey's Renewed Vision for his proposal for Community Engagement with community organizer, Jeff Stec, "Stating the Beliefs, Mission and Vision for Springboro Community City Schools."

Citizens...come to the April 3, 2014, BOE meeting, and hear firsthand how Todd Petrey's $12,000 Contract for Jeff Stec's indoctrination for We Need A New School Levy for the Children Campaign gets rubber stamped by the MSA/SEA BOE majority. Come see for yourself "How could a union controlled Board of Education waste our hard earned school tax dollars in such an arrogant and disrespectful way toward Springboro Taxpayers who so generously support our school district employees?"

Todd Petrey's proposal for Community Engagement is nothing more than a highly expensive advertising campaign for what our schools could be like just 10 years from now; if TODAY, Springboro stakeholders would "BUY" into our school districts greedy love of more money and agree that the time has now come to increase our school taxes, so that our SEA employees can have increased wages/compensation benefits negotiated into their next teachers contract coming up early next year, 2015!
