Nice....
I would categorize the following as pretty positive and it happens everyday.

How about the random acts of volunteerism that are performed daily by parents of this district to support the children? Do any of these people expect to be paid for doing the right thing? Nope, they just do the job, without demanding they be paid. The entire youth basketball, baseball, and football programs are run the same way. Our concession stands are manned and operated by selfless volunteers who answer the call when the bell is rung. These programs in our community exist because of the selfless work of countless individuals who go nameless season in and season out. They give of their time because it is good for the children.

And please share with us the positive in this report.

Could it be the treasurer who either has no clue as to what is going on or is deliberately misleading a state investigator?

The coaches who claim someone higher up requested they divert money from our athletic support groups into their own pockets?

An ex principal who seems entirely missing from the loop of his employees missteps?

Which one of those would you say is positive and should be accentuated?

Hey, here's an idea Doug. Since you're so worried all the time how about running for office and becoming part of the SOLUTION as opposed to spewing alot of blah blah blah that MOST in this community could care less about.

Instead of the past, keep your eyes toward BORO FUTURE BRIGHT.....

(or does saying ANYTHING positive about the students/faculty of our schools just something you cannot bring yourself to do.)

You seem to be very negative in your comments today, why don't you brighten our day by sharing with us your positive views on what we find in this report.

Those seem like legitimate questions to ask The Less You Know. Any reason why we only get snide little retorts and no in depth discussion from the unionites? Do you think they actually have a conscious and recognize right from wrong? This will be hard to smear Petroni and Rigano with if you ask me. Petroni and Rigano only ask that everyone come clean and be transparent in their dealings with other people's money. Sure beginning to look like that was much harder than they imagined for some coaches.

Don't act so sanctimonious as you hide behind the nom de plume you chose for yourself today. Why don't you address a real issue rather than something that real people do everyday because it is the right thing to do.
How about the fact that our coaching staff decided that instead of giving money to the Boosters to support our student athletes, the coaches would instead pocket the cash?
How about the random acts of volunteerism that are performed daily by parents of this district to support the children? Do any of these people expect to be paid for doing the right thing? Nope, they just do the job, without demanding they be paid. The entire youth basketball, baseball, and football programs are run the same way. These programs in our community exist because of the selfless work of countless individuals who go nameless season in and season out. They give of their time because it is good for the children.
When I read the audit report and digested the self serving answers as to why these people decided it was in their best interest to divert funds from support organizations into their pockets I felt sickened. What Mr. Harves did was wrong, what these people did was a direct violation of the trust in which this community entrusted in these men. That and the overt disregard for district policy and procedures speaks volumes of how much these people thought of such rules and regulations.
The former athletic director, Mr Troy Holtrey's response to the inquiry:
"He believes he opened the account in 2004/05 per the request of the Superintendent. Prior to operating his own bank account the camps financial activity was accounted for by the Springboro Boosters."
Mr. Holtrey "believes" he decided to divert money from a school support organization into his private accounts because Superintendent David Baker suggested that course of action. Why in the name of all that is good would Superintendent Baker suggest to Mr Holtrey it would be a good idea to divert money away from the Booster organization that supports our student athletes?
Did Superintendent Baker know something of the goings on with the booster financials 10 years ago?
Did Mr Holtrey see a good business model and decide that whatever Mr Harves could do he could do better?
Why do all of these coaches respond that it was former athletic director, Mr Holtrey, that suggested they do the same thing he was doing?
Why did Superintendent Baker not inform all of these other coaches that was the way they should perform their duties? Why did Superintendent Baker only "request" that Mr. Holtrey divert money from the program's support organization?
And did you ever notice that nobody ever seems to consult Mr. Malone about anything that goes on right under his very nose, year after year? After all, Mr. Malone was these coaches boss and at least nominally in charge. One would think somebody would have mentioned this to him at least once in 10 years.
Are you implying Mr. Holtrey is a thief?

The happy was about AP. The audit looks like it was done and thorugh the findings corrective measures can be taken. Seems to be up to the "insalenly popular" board members at the time to do something about. Seems like they did NOTHING. Their choice.

Who will audit the conduct of our current board members and their cyber bullying?

Your turn now, what's to be happy about that?

Let me introduce myself as One Community Member who cares More Than Anything Else about Honesty, Trust, Transparency and Accountability in ALL our local government elected officials, including Springboro School Board Member Ron Malone and Clearcreek Township Trustee Ed Wade. Both these elected officials have chosen, by their past failed leadership practices, to lose their positions of trust and influence that they once held in the community.

The More You Know about the True History of Ron Malone and Ed Wade, the more you will grow in your belief that these arrogantly rude "public servants" Serve only their greed for more power and money. And that is NOT good for the future of our school children and community.

"Who will audit the conduct of our current board members and their cyber bullying?

Guess that would be da judge!

Case of conduct of current board members:

Only Proof Against Conduct of Board Member Ron Malone is still under continuing watch and will continue throughout his four year term as board representative. Concerned citizens will continue to challenge Mr. Malone's quest to tear down the progress made in the last two years under the leadership of our Children First Budget Vision of Reform.

Case of cyber bullying:

Just another Case of Union F-E-A-R smearing -- false evidence appearing real in the quest of the status quo to attack the character of a board member; instead of working with the board member to attack the issue of putting our Students First while maintaining fiscal integrity and transparency in our school district's budget/finances.

After carefully auditing all WDTN/Anonymous Panther issues, Final Verdict of
No Proof nor Evidence whatsoever of Cyber Bullying in now rendered. Case Dismissed.

Da Judge Recommendations are: that the School District Leaders pull the plug on the
AP project of random acts of kindness on the grounds that the Kindness project is
now a Hypocritical Fraud (saying it is for kindness, but producing unkind, untrue comments from others being said about one of the five board members). Kindness is for everyone; or else No one is being Kind!

"No I Mean You" is judged to be a phony hypocrite and further interrogation is in order to find out exactly what is the real motive behind this overly-pious pay it forward panther student, hiding behind a mean mask, spying on school staff and peers, too afraid to risk revealing true identity? Final Verdict-- There's just no defense in the people's judgment that there really is a right way to do wrong in Boro, just because those who do Boro wrong "are in the minority."
