The More We Know About Ron Malone, the More WE Know he can't be Trusted in the board room to make sound financial decisions, putting our students first, while maintaining fiscal integrity, living within the framework of our children FIRST budget five-year forecast, WITH NO NEW TAXES needed for many years; and that's the Truth, for the Record.
At this point all one can do is wait and watch the surplus in the school accounts drop to zero with the union backed people in the majority of the school board. Once people start seeing levies again like dandelions in their lawn appearing every year, only then will they wake up and smell the stench coming from the new school board.

Rather than wasting a lot of keystrokes in this forum, why don't you go to the board meeting tonight to HURL these sentiments at the audience? Oh! Sorry! I almost forgot! You're way too much of a COWARD to do that.

lol..... the fun of it all!

But seriously, "get a real life" really needs to stop heckling those on this blog who are spreading great news throughout our community about the amazing progress made in our school district in the past two years! Of course we don't have a whole lot of money for Advertising Campaigns like our "unfriends" of the Union kind; but we are certainly resourceful enough to spread good news on this blog!

Those of us who continue G-R-O-W-I-N-G in our chosen profession (including our professional educators) recognize that each time we step forward, we may stir things up!
We can't avoid these disturbances of our "status quo friends" across the isle that CHANGE is causing their small tunnel-vision minds; but if we embrace Progress in our own professional growth, we can accept those who are "Disturbed at us for the progress made" and just move on..... with a great big smile and Have a day of YOUR choice; be it "great" or "small."

Keep in mind that each of us gets to make our OWN choice; we can't project our choice,
be it a great or small, upon others.

History has now proven that our former under-performing SHS principal, Ron Malone, who is now our BOE vice-president, has faced many changes in his 41 years as professional educator, and has not handled the Challenges of Life's Changes successfully.
Learning to accept Change and Adapt to Progress of the 21st Century is the skill of a lifetime. Inquiring minds are asking "what can Mr. Malone learn from his failed experiences, resisting the challenges of progress, that will help him deal with his challenges as board member and his responsibilities to our schools and community taxpayers? It's going to take a lot more than a smile and have a nice day from Mr. Malone to successfully shove an unnecessary School Tax Increase down the throats of smart voters who already know that Mr. Malone's agenda is all about the money for union teachers and employment security for those whose skill are not in demand.

Yes, that's right. All the issues were on the table for everyone to see, including the smear job against Malone, and yet, Malone, Stuckey, and Anderson won in an unbelievably one-sided landslide.

This message board is now dominated by one or two people who keep copying and pasting the same message over and over again. It's even less influential than Rigano, Petroni, and Kohls.

Contrary to your point of view, I saw it differently.

There was no Change, Because there was no Progress made in Putting Our Students First while maintaining fiscal integrity; What I saw was the Division between the School Community of Employees and the Community of School Taxpayers greatly broadened by Mr. Anderson and Mr. Malone, who voted the Board members representing the community as a whole out of elected office of President and Vice President, as the normal orderly process of transferring school board elected officials should be done, in order to meet the needs of ALL Constituents.

I don't know what you see as "Glorious" in a Three member panel of board members who are willing to represent only the 400 or so union member "Educators."
Our school staff simply cannot Vote themselves Increased Taxes at the polls; and the
direction that Mr. Anderson is headed is “no where but failure” IF he allows Mr. Malone and Mr. Stuckey to "push" him into promoting a New Tax Increase on the ballot for increased teacher wages and compensation/benefits.

I do join you in Thanking God for America, the land of the free and home of the brave; and the orderly transition of power, based on our free elections for the people, by the people, and of the people. I was expecting nothing less than the Professional Service of Respectful behavior, which was certainly delivered by our board members David Petroni and Jim Rigano.

Special Thanks are due to both Mr. Petroni and Mr. Rigano for Standing Up For Kids First, Standing with Springboro Families and Taxpaying Homeowners doing the Right Thing for our school children and community; even though doing the Right Thing, being Honest about what is needed through 2017, is not the Popular Thing with our Board members Mr. Anderson, Mr. Malone, Mr. Stuckey, and our 400 or so SEA school employees.

I do agree with you that this orderly transition of our locals school government's elected officials was a "Completely different vibe" from the election of board members David Petroni and Jim Rigano. There were no TV broadcasts of our public school board meetings during the time of Ron Malone's protest of Board authority to remove an under-performing high school principal out of his "comfort zone" (of low principles dumbing down our kids' curriculum) by providing opportunity for Mr. Malone to improve his skill set by accepting greater responsibility.(Did you ever read the letter of Professional recommendation of Mr. Malone's promotion to this great new job in District Office that was written by our board? Did you know that this job was such a great opportunity that Mr. Malone had second thoughts about what he had missed out on, and then Applied for the same job that he had thrown in the board members face, AFTER the job had already been filled?)

Yes, that's just another example of the stinking success of former princiPal Ron, who has now made good on his March 2012 promise of voting for revenge against our children first budget reform minded school board representatives.

By the way, Did YOU notice how RELAXED was the Presentation of our high school
students "Program of Studies" (check the school website for full details)?
What a "Gloriously Professional" presentation Compared to former principal,
Ron Malone, Program of Studies presented in 2012! we did not have TV broadcasts of board meetings then; There's NO way the community as a whole could know the True History of Ron's past failed practices NOR his 2012 Vote for Revenge against Springboro parent, Kelly Kohls,( the first parent to get "behind the scenes; questioning why Ron Malone, as SHS principal, was running our high school like a union shop.) Not a chance that taxpayers are going to forget Ron Malone's lies!

It is quite noticeable to all that "same old stuff" keeps arguing "the SEA politics of personal destruction in their War of Words AGAINST Springboro Taxpayers, in their attempts to silence the voice of free speech of all Citizens who refuse to accept their indoctrination of forced unionism in our children's classrooms.

If you did not attend the January 9th meeting, please watch for the TV broadcast, and let us know what you think of "our first board meeting of 2014." (Mr. Thomas was one of the Springboro parents that commented on the students program of studies, which I did not think was "spouting and irrational banter." I really can't see WHY "same old stuff" same is on this blog appearing to gloat that "Sonny must have gotten the boot from Speedway" (especially since so many Springboro parents can't even afford to pay for their kid's activities fees; and our UNCARING SEA members still demanding give us "more money" or we will strike against your kids.)

Obviously, "same old stuff" has nothing else to do except continue bullying Springboro Taxpayers with this same old status quo "spouting and irrational banter."
Why is that?
