Dayton, Ohio-based CareSource, which provides managed care benefits to Medicaid beneficiaries in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan, has agreed to pay $26 million to resolve allegations that it filed false Medicaid claims, according to a news release by the Department of Justice. Full Story
