Carillon Historical Park, Hawthorne Hill and the Paul Laurence Dunbar State Memorial House are operating as normal, said Dayton History President Brady Kress.

Yeah, like nice white suburbanites are going to drive or ride over to the West Side and get out and walk around that part of town. Yeah, they might even park and walk around after dark.
