How long will it take?

As we have heard, read and seen, either upon our newspaper pages or TV and monitor screens: To criticize, question or even resist raising the $17 trillion federal debt ceiling is considered to be cruel, greedy and mean; according to all of this big-government adoring and media whoring dealing with feeeeelllinngggsss and squealing. Can we honestly now bitch or holler about raising future federal debt ceilings before the national debt reaches $18 trillion? The same old song and it will not take that long. How long will it take the debt ceiling to reach $18 trillion?
A. One Year B. Two Years C. Three Years D. Four Years E. Five Years
I say B. Two Years

Maybe, hopefully, after 2014, some Republicans will be thrifty and conservative and mean. But, I fear, that the debt ceiling will reach $18 trillion in three more years, at the most; that is if we are not finally fiscally bankrupt, the parasites having devoured and killed the host.
