It's lust, he wants me.

Either that or he wants his Daddy.

Looks like he won't get either.

Oh and one more thing HDjr is on FB. I found him under a "friends (weather related) list. Of course I then preceeded to "block" him so now if he tries to search for me.....can't find me and if I make comments on the "friends" posts....nadda he can't see me there as well.
So now I again have also "hidden" me from those wanting to search for me.

So now if some one finds and posts my link on here I will KNOW it isn't HDjr.

Of course one would have to be a member of FB to even VIEW the profile/links so let's see just how many individuals are actually on FB.

I do like Koontz. The "Odd Thomas" books were great. I liked both "Relentless" and "Breathless".
I have not read any of the "Frankenstein" books.
As much as I like "Koontz", I do like Stephen King a lot better, most of the time, as well as Dan Hill who wrote "Heart Shaped Box" and "Horns".
When you mention "Koontz" and the latest run of "dog books", I liked them, but that is the advantage of being an author with a reading public the size "Koontz" has. You can pour out all your grief into your books.
I like the guy, and understand his pain.
Of course I am an "over the top animal lover" as I have shown here at Topix.
I really liked the Odd Thomas group as well. They were a different style for Koontz.

I actually really like all 3 Frankensteins and recommend you read them.

Right now I'm on the Terry Goodkind "Sword of Truth" series. It's a different genre but has elements that remind me of Koontz. Highly recommend it as well.

So, that makes you a stalker also!
Red said I was for looking at his profile, now you are also
lmfao
Actually I am beginning to smell the real "bitches" behind the fake socks coming out of no where. Bats in the belfrey and flying on broomsticks.

I will look into the Frankenstein series.

Isn't Terry Goodkind "Fantasy"?? I don't have much luck with fantasy, and I can't put my finger on why.
Everytime I try to read it, I find my attention wandering.

Same is true for me with a lot of Science Fiction.

Not all. Stephen King taps that vein nicely sometimes.

Neil Gaimnn is an exception for me, I do read his stuff.
http://www.neilgaiman.com/

Also try Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child writing together. http://www.prestonchild.com/
I'd start at the beginning with:

RELIC - the phenomenal New York Times Besteller
was the debut collaboration between Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. The novel has been translated into over a dozen languages and was made into a major feature film by Paramount.

Just days before a massive exhibition opens at the popular New York Museum of Natural History, visitors are being savagely murdered in the museum's dark hallways and secret rooms. Autopsies indicate that the killer cannot be human...

But the museum's directors plan to go ahead with a big bash to celebrate the new exhibition, in spite of the murders.

Museum researcher Margo Green must find out who--or what--is doing the killing. But can she do it in time to stop the massacre?

Take care.

Yep, I think the Goodkind stuff is Fantasy. I've never been able to get into it before but this series is pretty good. I'll have to look into those two authors.

I usually don't like murder mysteries either and the only SCI-FI I've liked is Battlefild Earth.

No Harvey,

Sit down and shut up. The adults are talking.

In the end, we all gravitate to what we like most.

I loved the old Philip Marlowe stuff by Raymond Chandler. The Big Sleep, The Long Goodbye....great detective stories.

I'm also a Sherlock Holmes fan and there isn't a story Doyle wrote that I've missed, I don't think. Not about Holmes.

I'm gonna give Goodkind a try, based on your recommendation.

I also like Christopher Moore, but like Douglas Adams "Hitchhikers Guide" it's kinda out there, but really funny.

Leon needs either more intensive therapy or to start using his head as the target at the range.
