Im a concerned customer that has paid for products I haven't received yet. My pay pal act was used by Felicity Designs for a large purchase. She has not returned calls, emails, or messages and her FB has been deleted as of today. Any help for fellow community members would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can file a complaint with PayPal. If they cannot verify with the business that you received the product I think they can refund your money.

Did you try the BBB? Or even the Secretary of State website? It will list a "registered agent" name & physical address for the company.

That's not the point. If she didn't know, she didn't know. No reason to rub her nose in it ... Now, how can we help this customer?

I know some people who have ordered from her, and yes it is sometimes slow, but understand, she is new to this type of business, and is learning as she goes. She will make it right, just be patient with her. She does have a lot of drama, but most of it has to do with her learning mistakes. As for her saying it is not knockoff, but really is, you kinda have to know that if you are getting something that cheap, then it has to be questionable. Again, she is new to this type of business, and is learning by her mistakes. I will also say that the items I have seen may be a knockoff, but it is cute.

Well this lady is a total loon! A fruit cake! I asked her I an item she was offering was authentic and she didn't know how to tell, I explained to her how and was going to order several of the items, she then dogged me and talked about me like $hit to people on her page, she's not right in the head and doesn't know how to run a business !

WELL I ORDERED SOME TOMS. THE PIC SHE POSTED SAID TOMS SO IF THEY ARENT THE REAL TOMS THEN THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. SHE CAN KEEP THEM IF THEY ARENT REAL. BESIDES, IVE SEEN ON FB WHERE PEOPLE HAVE ASKED HER IF THEY WERE REAL AND SHE SAID YES.

To me her business is a completely joke and rip off some of those items you could get real for the same price she is selling the fake for and half the time she post a picture of the real and sells it like that and it turns out too be fake too me that is false advertising which is illegal, i think her business should be shut down, im also tired of her crap drama on facebook repeatedly and her adding people too groups and tagging them in pictures, its annoying and unprofessional, idc if she is new in the business, You should know if you took any business classes how too do treat people and act and it is obvious that she hasnt or is just plain ignorant, now as a person i think she is okay, i just dont think she should have a business, but then again i dont have much respect for anyone who sales knock offs with out making it clear for more than the real is worth.

Obviously she hasn't taken any business classes because educated people don't act like this. Educated people are aware of the risks and legal actions that can be taken when you deliberately screw someone over. She doesn't realize that it will catch up with her especially with this many unhappy customers. All I can tell you is to do your research and fight it, you're not going to produce results over night because it's a long process but eventually you will get results.

Obviously, you are asleep at the hog pen, or you lack maturity to know better. Yes, educated people act that way. Here in America, what do you think the 1% has been doing to the 99% for centuries? They knowingly rip us ignorant folks off much of the time. You needn't look any further than the nation's capital and those you vote in to govern this country.

Educated College student, you've still a lot to learn, dear. Many of those educated people you mentioned don't care about the risks and legal actions you spoke of because all they see sre dollar signs. They don't care about legal actions because they have the money to pay ANYONE off. MONEY TALKS bigtime. Just look at a multi-billion dollar company that has some of the most educated folks around-Walmart. Do you actually think they care about not screwing someone over? Do you think Mitt Romney cares about not screwing someone over when just last week he said didn't care about 47% of this nation? Do you think doctors care about not screwing someone over when they overcharge medicare and charge for things they didn't even do? When Niki has underaged children working for them for almost nothing, do you honestly think they care about who gets screwed over and legal risks? Honey, you have a lot of living to do that won't come from a book. Books can't teach you everything. One can be book smart and common sense dead. Have you heard the term 'Educated Fools'?

Many business folks couldn't care less about their wheeling and dealings catching up with them; they will have made the money. All the wheeling and dealings have caught up with this nation, but you see what's still occuring-wheel'n and deal'nz to get your vote so they can continue to screw over the 99%. Even with suits, Wally continues its practices. Honey, they don't care. According to a documentary from 2005 that I saw just last night, Walmart would pay Chinese about $0.18 to make an item and sell it for $14.95. And you think business folks care. A house might cost $250,000 but what you might actually pay for it is around two to three times that amount. More and more money is spent in education, teachers go in early and stay late, no breaks for teachers or students, longer school year, more and more high cost technology in schools, yet education is at its worst in America. During the 60s and 70s America was number 1 in education, in 2012 she's fallen to number 25. Sweetie, in the business world, it's more about M-O-N-E-Y than whom you screw over. It's about how much money we can make off of THEM.
