Oh, but I am nice. Oh so nice. I do leave you folks alone. Promise I do. I'm a very private person and 'hardly' intrudes in anyone's business. But, oh my, do I have opinions and will opine at will. I just play on Topix after you invited me. And FUN indeed it is. Merry Christmas to all! JESUS would probably say to me 'I love you dear child.'

Hey nappy.....The egg is on your face.....The owner is black. and is a very nice man. Try again though, you might succeed.
Well, I don't feel any egg and I'm not getting up to check in the mirror. That's great if the owner is black. Then yawl go eat up morning, noon, and night. I'm sure it's finger lick'n good. BTW, aren't all black folks nice? Who needs dressing for Christmas? Eat barbeque! Yum yum! Black folks always could cook. Well, most of'em.

Listen, yawl owe me. And the first of the month is right around the corner, AGAIN. You people owe me. Eat barbeque!

BG, if your barbeque is top notch like Mrs. Jeffrey's used to be, charge top notch. Who wants to go to a cheap restaurant? Charge for your superior goods. Don't be another run-of-the-mill cheap joint. We know our barbeque. And you get what you pay for.

EAT BARBEQUE!

Wonder when are they gonna let those teachers start tot'n guns and if they'll be big guns or little guns?

Bigger portions, bigger prices. Ain't that how it goes? A 10 pound bag of sugar will cost about twice as much as a 5 pound bag. A gallon of gas will cost twice as much as a half gallon of gas. It's just that simple. Bigger portions, bigger prices. You want the goods? Then pay for them. Don't act like a peasant. Why be a cheapskate? Can you not afford to do what it is that you're trying to do? Meat is expensive and it's said will only rise in cost next year. Don't be a wannabe. Be willing to pay a good price for what you want.

First to Nappy... I have read this column for several years now and in the past I have supported your ideals 100%, in the past you would take a racial post and tear it apart and show just how childish racism is. But recently you have started turning everything into a race issue. Nappy please stop, you are much too smart to belittle yourself to doing childish things such as this. I still have lots of respect for you, but go back to sharing your wisdom like you used to do, instead of turning evry post into a slur.
On Big Guns... The food is excellent, have eaten there on several occasions, even when they were selling from a table in front of the store. James, the owner, is a wonderful man, a pleasure to talk with. Any new business has to work the kinks out and streamline the process. I've been through it just as every business owner has. Give him time it will not happen overnight. Unfortuneately Wynne doesn't always giv a person a second chance, but attitude of the owner plays a big role in that. This owner is great, so Wynne, give them another chance, the food is good, so give the staff a chance to get there as well. They are trying, and none of us can walk on water. Remember that and all will work out. Best of Luck James, this is a tough little town. You know what you are doing and hopefully it will all work out. My crew and myself will be back many times more. Thank you for coming to Wynne and supporting our town. You could have taken your service anywhere but you chose us. Thanks

Ain't. It's FUN. I've always done childish things and probably always will. I'm an old child, and I love race.

Yes, it's high time you folks start paying your debt big time. You owe me for sure. It's nice to know that the twobobs are now willing to support black businesses. So, it's no longer 'like holds to like', huh? Nice.

I heard this evening that CBS aired something about the Chinese buying up California.

And Washington seems to think the economy is bad. Yawl gat plenty money-money to buy STUFF and to eat out or call in. Shucks, ain't a thing wrong with this economy it appears. It doesn't matter if America falls off that fiscal cliff cuz yawl will have plenty left. Surely employers aren't paying yawl minimun wage-$10 an hour. Oh yeah, I wonder if it had been a black business, would someone have said good luck with your busness.

I ate there a few days ago & My only complaint is.. The very rude older lady that use to work at Mazzios at night works there. God that lady is terrible! Just hateful! But on a better note, I'm not sure if it was the owner or not but I kept seeing a middle age (i would guess) black guy w a white ball cap on, Honey you are Sexy! ;).... Just saying. Other than that the food is awesome!
