I think the Crestpark nursing home should be sued and should be turned over to the Wynne Healthcare. Crestpark Nursing home in wynne, makes fun of the people in there and just treats them any way they want them too. They make fun of them and they wait til about 1 day later til they change their clothes. I went into my grandma's room one day and it stinked. It smelled like she had not been changed in over 2 days. So then, me and my sister went over there our selves and clean her room andgave her some clean clothes to wear and we would take her clothes home about 4 times a week and wash them and bring them back to her. BUT, the Wynne healthcare nursing home they take good care of them.,a nd they have alot fo fun. I was in there the other day to check on one of my moms sisters, and she was just a bragging on this lady named Ms. Jimmie Pickens. She said they are such good people they play games and have church service and they keep the place welled cleaned. I thing the state should step into this problem and let Wynne Healthcare take over Crestpark.

They all should be sued. Wynne Healthcare is not much better. My mother was in there and they let her fall. They didn't clean her room, nor did they change her clothes. She had really bad bed sores on her back and buddock. Somedays she had on the same thing twice, which let me know that she had not been bathed. I still regret that we allowed ourselves to put her in there. They put pampers on the patients because they don't want to help them get to the pottie chair or bathroom. The aids would feed her and leave food smeared all over her face. It is ridicious. I can't even imagine the same that she went through while in that horrible place. The evening aids would be in a room at the end of the hall conversating and not checking on the patients and no it was not their break time because they were just coming on dutie, and then would have the nerve to get upset if your asked them to do something. The morning crew was much better than that evening crew.

Poor choice of name, with that grammer you give teachers a bad name.I figure you just recently have been fired from Crestpark, or the state just took your love one away from you.

1. my butt is not fat. 2. If there weren't patients in the nusing facalities, alot of people would be without jobs. 3. Nursing homes are understaffed as far as floor workers and they don't have enought time to take care of all the patients. 4. Most do come and visit their love ones in the homes. We visited my mom daily. sometimes 2 and 3 times per day. In most cases family members put love ones in nursing homes to receive supposely care that they would not receive at home, round the clock care. What is needed is a daycare for elderly or more allowable home health care hours. What you fail to realize is that working people owe debts, we can't quit jobs, we have to go to work. I wish I could have kept my mom. Old people fall true enough, but when they fall at home it is looked at as neglect. When they fall in the nurshing home it is looked at as an accident. What is the different?

The nursing homes should not be for people who have family. A real family would never turn their loved ones over to strangers to care for them.

If you wanted your so called love one you would not put them there to begin with.Truth is you don't want to worry with them. That would take to much of your time. You can't wait for them to die so you can get what ever they have left.

As an employee of Crestpark, I can say I am proud of our home, and happy to be there. I care very deeply for my residents, and try to treat them like family. My heart is always in the right place and I know GOD is always watching me. For everyone who has had to put a loved one in a nursing home it was a last choice. In this day and time it takes two peolpe working to make ends meet, everyone cannot afford to keep their family at home, and that is why we are there. Most all employees feel the same way I do, but sometimes one bad person slipped through and get hired, but are found out and fired. As for the person who started this thread, I know who you are, and I am not calling you bad, you were fired because honey you were just too stupid to work with sweet little elderly people, so let it go, and by the way how long did it take Wynne Health care to figure out how dumb you are.

I am sure some of your cooment has truth toward some people but not all. But the thing is these families and health insurance do pay good money for these places to care for these helpless people. If things don't change report these nuring homes to the state. The state does need to know that most of the time the nursing homes are tipped off when the state is about to come there and do a check. And another thing some of these family members are not able to take care of these helpless people due to money situations and living situations. Some of these family members have jobs are do not have the time. These CNA's that are not doing their jobs should get into trouble for it. If I had a family member there and was staying in dirty clothes, I would find out who is working that hall and report them.

I worked for crestpark for 10 yrs . i loved it i was employed as a staff nurse 8/96-10/2006. we had the best administrater charotte baskins the best don and adon and the best staff nurses and cna's anywhere. i have heard how the care is lacking these days that is the fault of administration not keeping resident care #1 priority! only watching the bottom line. when charlotte was there she had her nose in every department of the operation esp. resident care. she could be very irritating at times. so crestpark get it together
