YES, and I have favored sine teh late 1990's.

The ONLY reason Kennedy initiated the embargo was to bring down the Castro regime, CLEARLY the embargo has failed to do that.

By alllowing Americans to visit Cuba and interact with the Cuban people, teh faster teh Castro regime will dissolve.

Just like The Obamaniac, whom they say they greatly admire, the Castro Brothers are Evil. PURE EVIL.

Agreed. But the Cuban vote is enough to swing the Florida election, and Florida is enough to swing the national election. So nobody dares rationalize our policy.

As for why Castro can't come to a gay rights conference, who knows? It seems foolish every way you look at it.

Actually, she can. Certain people, such as her, are allowed into the U.S., but are prohibited from traveling more than 25 miles from the U.N. So if the meeting place were held within that 25 mile radius, which encompasses ALL 5 boroughs of New York and is roughly 1900 square miles (not BIG enough ?!), she would be allowed to attend that meeting.(They couldn't find a meetinplace anywhere inside The City Of New York ?!)
