Its funny that being such a good person has nothing to do with sentencing. It makes sense to say you do the crime you do the time. But how about the young man down in Allentown I believe who rob a bank and ended up giving it back. What was his punishment? He made a mistake as well. Loyce was in college, and wanted to do do whatever to be a good indvidual. I knew all of these young men who was involved in the incident, I can honestly saw, these are not no criminals. The real criminals are the ones who let people like the young man who robbed a bank, get away with it. If your willing to let a young man rob a bank and say its ok because his family has money, well who is the real criminal. I would like to ask a question for the forum. Do you think that you can learn from your mistakes and be punished for it while being out on bail? Reason asked because I watch this young man out on bail, change his life around. One of my other good friends were involved in the incident as well. However, over time we became no longer friends from this incident. It isen't far? Aloyce and im sure others learned there lesson while out on bail or receiving county time have no what the did. And another things, this was all of these young men first offense. for each of them to receive such time, is only from a system in it self that was criminal..........

I can't understand a lot of what you're trying to say, but it seems that you're saying these men don't deserve to pay for their criminal offense.

The only thing I can say to that is: I hope you're never in the situation those men put that couple and 12 year old in - which is to have your home broken into, have a gun pointed at you and your most cherished loved ones, and be robbed. What they did to that family is very very wrong and that family will live with the emotional and psychological ramifications of the men's actions for the rest of their lives.

Those men most definitely should serve jail time. Justice has been served. My heart goes out to that family.
