Sidebar has no money for refunds

Sidebar Entertainment does not have any money to give refunds to people who purchased concert tickets or to pay its employees and creditors, said Scott Wilson, Sidebar's creative director. via Star Community Newspapers

I spent $178.00 on America tickets for July 13, 2007. You had no problem cashing my debit card, though, did you?
