Wow that is really harsh to say. You obviously were not at that call. It wasn't failure to yield. He did stop. The way the road is angled towards the hwy and with the vehicles parked at Danny's Automotive kind of blocking the view, its hard to see traffic coming from that way. I can't believe you would be so rude to put something like that on here. What goes around comes around.
My prayers go out to the people involved in the accident and to the family of the man who passed away.

That's true, where is the code enforcer, I guess hes trying to play like he is an officer of the law. Or maybe he's just likes to eat in his office all day long sitting by his computer.

DEPUTY 276....just curious, were you at the scene or did you just read the current argus...The State Police that informed his family told them they could give them any information on the accident I was at their home when this conversation took place), yet there it was in the current argus the next morning. If you are in Law Enforcement, you need to look for another job!!!!!!!!! You have no ethics, morales or integrity what so ever, and for sure a disgrace to law enforcment and this community DEPUTY 276.

You did not know John Gillespie and his age has nothing to do with the accident, I know of just as many serious accidents or worse with many different aged people....HE WAS A GREAT MAN WITH VALUES, MORALES AND INTERITY!!!!!!! You need much prayer or a visit with the Lord.

"KARMA", of course you probably think that's just for old gezzers too! YOU will NEVER be half the man John Gillespie was, if you live to be 100.

Shame on you....YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE TO HIS FAMILY! Of course, your not man enough to show your face!

they need to make danny bass-tard clean up all his junk cars, its a eye sore and hazardous blocking peoples views, once a man was run over right in front of his business, how many more deaths will take place before the county ordinance officer enforces the law, also not to many people are happy with his work, a reliable source told me he guesses at the parts that are added on to the vehicles, i for one was one of them, thats why i dont take my truck to him. lousy bass- tard.

sounds to me like a legal action suit to dannys automotive, for obstructing view causing grat bodily harm or death to a human being. see a lawyer.

The hardest thing I ever had to do was take the keys from my mother when she was'nt able to drive safely anymore (in my opinion), it's a shame that did'nt happen in this case, if that is the case.

Yeah, the answer to everything is to sue somebody. This was an accident and yes, I did know John Gillespie from many years ago. He was a good man and should be remembered as such. Bringing a law suit will only cause further harm to the family and prolong their closure in this entire incident, all for nothing because nothing will be done to their benefit, except for what is probably going to happen anyway. Judging by your name, I would have to guess that you are either an attorney, wanna-be attorney, or are involved with your own law suits that are pending?

nope no suits, not even a wanna be lawyer, or jail house lawyer or whatever the case might be, just some one that knows the law, and yes i have taken a few to mag court and sued them, but here in this case, whats going to happen when someone else gets killed at that intersection because of that mans obstruction of view vehicles??who,s to blame then?

Judging from your name, you are too stupid to even do pre-reqs for law school! Well, if you get killed next time, then no one will be in court because you are money hungry since you were too stupid to become a lawyer.
