Ficano should aid rollback of fat pensions

The county executive should get out of the way and let the solution work. A county pension board official notified Ficano that because he didn't complete in time a legally required cost analysis of the enriched pensions he scattered across the executive ranks, the board can't pay the enhanced benefit.
