Robin Allen will be back walking straight path before you know it. She is a skell. Crack-head, scammer, hooker, etc. I am sure we will be locking her up real soon.

Congratulations to Attorney Craig McElwee for an outstanding job. Getting an acquittal in ANY case in Suffolk or Nassau is a significant accomplishment. For those critics, maybe not EVERY murder defendant is guilty of the crime, ask Marty!!

Having watched the trial and being present when Mr. Mc was talking to the reporter ... this was NOT what he said.

He said that Robin was drug addicted and had resorted to prostitution to support her habit. He then said that if she didn't take advantage of this opportunity, "then all I did was return her to the streets to continue with a life of addiction and petty crime."

not EXACTLY the same thing, is it?

Nice job for the Spota boy's. LoL a crack ho and Marty kicked the crap out of them in the same month. I think we can trade for Nassau's useless DA. Hell save the money and let the animals run the place. I hope Tom skips the big bookie bust before the super bowl this year and the TV CREWS!!! and keep the garbage you all ready have in.

Robin Allen is a sub-human piece of trash and a waste of the oxygen she consumes on this earth.
If there is a god she will celebrate her "win" with an oversized piece of crack and die in some alley like the dog she is.

Yo about the Ho - I think Anthony Sanabria should have paid the Ho the $ he owed for services rendered instead of her rendering him.

THIS IS PROOF THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NEEDS A PROFESSIONAL JURY SYSTEM. YOU NEED TO BE TRIED BY A JURY THAT KNOWS THE LAWS AND PAYS ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS.
THE PROSECUTION TEAM SHOULD BE DISMISSED.

It might have a few warts here and there, but our system of justice has served us pretty well over the last couple hundred years. If there's anything we DON'T need, it's professional jurors.

nope, it's not the same thing at all when taken out of context. very misleading on the reporter's part.
