If by getting back on your feet you mean

1. Taking away their money (Ryan's budget esplicitley changes the tax brackets from 6 to two taxing the lower half of the bracket immensly while leaving the wealthier half really easily. Wealthy at 10% taxes and under 200,000 at 25%, a giant gap)

2. Removing medical care for senior citizens. Targeting the systems allowing people to stand on their feet and stating that the young should just literally take care of the elderly.

3. Ignoring infrastructure to service Paul Ryans political goals such as almost completely removing the country's flood insurance because the bill that would renew it had nothing to do with abortion and they wouldn't allow him to add it.

4. Vastly taxing small business owners via the budget plan as well.

5. Removing any assistance to the poor and instead constructing a system to keep them down that has been condemned by the catholic church and actually put the church openly against paul ryan.

6. Attempting the removal of obama care that despite what you think of it, with that removal in the budget plan it will never pass making it another year without a budget.

7 and the biggest kicker of all, 10 trillion dollars added to our deficit which will make everyone have a harder time to survive.....

also, i find it hilarious that picking paul ryan is such a bad choice, that you can get Meta with it. Paul Ryan is wrapped with hatred and scandal as a Senator that he is the worst pick for VP. With Mitt Romney making this pick, it shows his bad decision making. Do you want a president who makes decisions as bad as this?

You can actually make that argument with Paul Ryan. He himself is a reason for not voting for Romney and his pick by itself (not even looking at both combined) is a reason not to vote for Romney.

how, how in any way shape or form is paul ryan a good choice. The man is OPPOSED BY THE CATHOLIC CHURCH because his policies are so bad. He has been denounced by a majority of republicans for being to irrational. His tax plan OPENLY chastises the poor in a time where the biggest criticism for Romney is wealth. The man has a horrible voting record and is openly backed by so many lobbiests it makes romney blush. He is ripe with fault and controversy and that is all now associated with Romney. On top of that, day one and Romney has already denounced Paul Ryan's budget plan making there be opposition between them from the get go. So many targets to attack.
