Are you really interested in doing something about this? Let's do it. We just had a visit a month ago and was informed we are being investigated because of "anonymous" allegations that we physically abused our child numerous times and to the point where the child needed treatment in the ER. Obviously false, since doctors and nurses are mandated reporters by law of child abuse. And the law requires that CPS take the child in that event, so before we were even visited that would be the first thing they check. But we were told, they "going" to check it. A month later, one more visit and two phones calls, they say nothing about the most serious of the allegations being false, because it would seem that that would be something positive for us as the parents. Instead, the new focus is that they have information we fought in the middle of the night, so much so, that, our child was woken up and was screaming and crying because of it. Since no one lives in the house next door (renovations), it may be the guys renting rooms down stairs, who could have possibly heard a fight or two, but our child wouldn't wake up unless you lit a stick of dynamite. I can go on and on, but this early in this process, I can see clearly that they will twist any information or statement, outright lie or even fabricate things to get what they want. Our child. I read on fightcps.com , that in NY, a child is worth over 3,000,000 to the system, between paying these agencies, foster parents, "service plans, etc. If they (CPS) does not produce (taking children away), their budget for the following year will be less than it is this year, a direct proportion.
So are you serious? Lets do it. This is no joke. I urge you to also check the above mentioned website, tons of infomation. How can I contact you? Very sincerely, a parent ready to stand shoulder to shoulder with you!.

CRIMINAL #2 ..... Guardian at Law VALERIE ZUCKERMAN

A]..... VALERIE ZUCKERMAN in collaboration with the Case Worker ARMFIELD WONG and HEATHER NORTON of Johnston County, North Carolina DSS, violated the grandparents Civil Rights by denying custody of their grand children because the grandparents, even though they were Permanent Residents, were not yet Citizens of the United States. This was done to eliminate the grandparents as a suitable and proper resource for the children, and was done in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which protects individuals from discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin.

VALERIE ZUCKERMAN in collaboration with the Case Worker ARMFIELD WONG, used threats against the children's mother to have her and her parents Legal Resident Status revoked, arrested and deported if she made any attempt to visit or to enforce visitation with her children through the Family Court. This was done so they can force the mother to stay away so they can get a protection order against her and the time needed to show neglect/abandonment against her. This was in violation of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution which says "No State � shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.[supported by Court transcripts].

VALERIE ZUCKERMAN perpetrated fraud upon the Court with lies about Cindy's mental Health and her refusal to take psychotropic drugs, and lead the Court to believe the Foster Mother GENEVIEVE MANCINI who is/was also her [Zuckerman's Pastor] was a fit resource, had formed a close bond with, and had strong a desire to adopt the last two children, leading the Family Court Judge DUDLEY Lehman to terminate the mother's parental rights.[supported by Court transcripts].

VALERIE ZUCKERMAN in collaboration with, ARMFIELD WONG, HEATHER NORTON of Johnston County, North Carolina DSS, and the children's biological father ROBIN CLAUDE MARTIN who was estranged from their Mother, conspired among themselves to deprive the mother of her Civil Rights in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which protects individuals from discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin.[supported by Sworn Affidavit by Robin Claude Martin].

After issuing threats of arrest and deportation to the children's mother, the Law Guardian VALERIE ZUCKERMAN in collaboration with the Case Worker ARMFIELD WONG made it a mandatory condition for reunification that the children's mother live in Suffolk County New York even though she was working full time in North Carolina and had benefits for the children.[supported by Court Transcripts].

Are you kidding me??!!! What is a non-American citizen?!! That would make you an illegal citizen or your parents illegal....ya know the ones who are sucking my tax dollars out of my family's pockets!! You think these crimes are funny!!?? Maybe this country could focus more on those children in need here to prevent future issues if we didn't fund all those who don't belong here with health benefits, food stamps, housing, legal aide, etc....when we all work damn hard and receive nothing when we are struggling. As for being sick, who is more sick than a federally funded system that is destroying families?

The only damn difference between those mass murderers and CPS [DSS] is that the mass murderers use guns.

At least when the mass murderers are through the families have closure because they know their loved ones are in a better place, but when CPS [DSS] is through, the children who are ripped apart have little or no chance or ever overcoming the horror they go through because the sanctimonious American Citizens prefer Dollar Bill$ over the children.

So whether you approve of what I say or not ... families are being destroyed and it is much more gentle and kinder when the mass murderers do it!

So pardon me when I say I AM NOT LEAVING ... I will stay here and take everything I can get out of this Country until my grandchildren turn the age of 18 when I can take them and leave this wretched and blithed Country

You are a disgusting animal. Where are you going after they turn 18? Going back to the country your family worked hard to get out of. I don't know how you got to a home visit, but from my experience with CPS and what I know now, I would cancel the visit. Your medical records are none of their business and there is no law that says you must let them in your home. So I would call and say you have a previous engagement or appointment and when you get a chance you will call back. And then don't. DO NOT get involved with them, they will make your life a living hell. If they show up in the future DO NOT let them in. Just say I don't know where you get your information from but I will not entertain it. They may threaten to call the police, but they too need a warrant, so Do Not let that scare you. I do not know you, but if you and your husband are not hurting your children, I would fight them tooth and nail. But you must realize lots of children are being hurt and or neglected in this crazy world, but like other government agencies are exerting their power where they shouldn't be. There are places that can help if it gets out of hand. I hope this helped you.

Dear Face Book friends, I just started a petition on the White House petitions site, We the People.

There is an agency known as CPS [Child Protective Services] made up of spiritually bankrupt men and woman who feed on families misfortune by removing children and "selling" them into adoption into foster families with five or more children.

Children Are much more apt to be abused, sexually abused, even murdered in foster care, while under the "protection" of the "child protectors" than they ever were at home. With the "child protectors" snatching ever more children for an ever larger number of real or [mostly] imagined "child abuse" so as to get more children into "the system" to get more money from the feds, there has become a serious shortage of both foster parents and potential adoptive parents.

Consequently, they keep "lowering the bar" to let more and more people become foster parents and adoptive parents. This is without the complete background investigations everybody thought were being conducted to make sure these innocent children weren't being put into the hands of people who were a lot worse than the worst of "real" child abusers to be found in the family.

Please help me to help protect families from the predatory CPS/DSS by forcing the President of the United States and Congress to listen to our collective voices.
