wurtland's cop is percy. If I remember correctly he was "sick" wearing oxygen until he thought he was going to loose his job. Then WOW, he was off oxygen and back to work. From listening to the testimonies at the trial in Covington, there were several who testified that were not harmed. They had tons of evidence that they had all of the symptoms they claimed years before the spill. I feel the jury made a fair decision by awarding to only those who were really damaged. By the time all lawyer fees, and court cost come out they may be able to buy a pack of gum.

I know people that are faking it just to get money and I think it's as wrong as it gets! And I live in the same place they do! So they are not fooling me! So Jimbo, Arthie and the wurtland cop quit trying to get easy money and work for your pills! Such a joke!
First of all, you spineless chickenshit, Put your name on here or call me, I'm in the book. Lived at the same place and had the same number for 12 years. We work everyday, probably unlike yourself. Second, we dont do drugs, never have and dont intend to start now, so I could buy if I chose from my paycheck I draw every week. Third, I'll tell you what, go on out to your car, if you own one, and take some of the battery acid out of the battery and drink it up, as this was the ingredients I inhaled at my place of work for 3 hours, If you are able to do anything after that call me chickenshit and I will talk to you. You know who I am and you also know Jimbo. You are the joke chickenshit, you dont even have the ass to put your real name on here. The only thing I want from DuPont is to pay my hospital bills brought on by their problems..
And if you live here by me, why didnt you say the wurtland cops name? CALL ME.

HA HA HA HA HA worked and retired no drugs own 5 vehicles one new, Did not say Dupont shouldn't pay, only that about half of the plantiffs didn't even have madical records or didn't go to the doctor for 2 months after it happened. Weed out the ones who were not hurt and then pay the ones who really were.

The 1990's leak ruined many lives. WOLFIE MEYERS,BRIAN LITTLE, JIM BELT, dead from cancer. Ladies & gentlemen, those were your first responders. Putting their lives on the line for you ungrateful losers. Take a guess on how much money their families received---how about zilch!!!! Wolfie was in his 50's, but Brian was in his early 30's with young children. The people getting money lost far less than these families. All 3 heroes that deserve recognition for dying trying to save their communities.

Um yeah, Jim Belt is alive. Wolfie & Brian aren't though, so I can see your point also. Try to get your facts straight & make sure people are indeed dead before typing, it dillutes your point. Respect for the families who lost a loved one in the spill.

Does anyone know when the next trial will be in Covington? Has anyone heard from the lawyers since the last trial?

I have been on the lawsuit sense 2004 (first tear) not to "get on the gravy train" that spill inflicted a lot of damage on my body that i am still suffering from. im in college and hardly ever think about "getting a settlement" anymore. I'm not relying on that possibility for anything.

a lot of people on this suite have been going around for years bragging about what they are going to do with their money lmao its pathetic, if "we" get anything at all! Dupot does need to just take it up the ass and pay up. there are a lot of people on this case who deserve it, at the same time there are a lot of people who have no health problems what so ever.
