Anytime, anywhere, all a female has to do, to get even, is state: "he inappropriately touched me"! We'll see! I like the guy who simply walks into Subway and starts "chokin' his chicken", in broad daylight. Then the poor soul gets in trouble for THAT. What's a guy to do? LOL.....I know, NOT funny, but...LOL!!!

Ah, the wonderful Commonwealth system of local government, where the only qualification for being a genuine gun totin' contable with a shiny badge is one vote more than your opponent....maybe your very own write-in vote.

Bill Graff said "lets not prejudge him because he is a constable...." How is that any different than the way They treat us? He did it Not once, but twice! No prejudice needed,it speaks for itself! Not to mention he is in a position of power and trust,of which I have none.(trust)

I have to agree with an earlier posting. Let's not prejudge him because he is a constable? Why not?! He is supposed to be an officer of the law, not using his position to find a companion! Perhaps this is why they should have a female constable along when they transport a woman prisoner? The chances that someone is going to get out of line with a prisoner if there is a witness along would be much lower. To me that would just be good old fashioned common sense!

No mention of Police in the story. Any 5th grade dropout can be a constable in PA, but the police go through a lot of hoops to get their jobs. Not saying that all constables are bad and all cops are good. Just saying there is a huge difference in the two positions.

Actually, they only need one more vote to become a constable, but to tote a gun in the line of duty they need to pass act 44 certification.

I find this story hard to believe. Can't wait to hear about the court testimony. Sounds like bullcrap.

here in "HAPPY VALLEY", a constable (plain clothes) held a gun to my daughter-in-laws head. She was in the drivers seat and my son was in the passengers seat. He was picked-up for back child support (under $300). Oh by the way my daughter-in-law was 7mths pregnant.

Sounds like a great family. He has a child/children he's not supporting and had created another one. Men who create kids and then won't pay to help support them deserve a good beating with the billy club.

If I am correct the constable is elected yes, It can also cause more money from the
county and staet coffers, but as we all know a woman should be with a woman and a man should be with a man, while transporting them.
