A Worthington man who allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl used the threat of reporting her illegal family to the authorities to keep her quiet about the assault, a recently filed complaint indicates.

Taco- First of all stop being a dip stick. Second, regardless of their immigration status (or lack thereof) no 13 year old child should have to deal with the actions of this kind of sick creep. I don't agree that we should let illegal immigrants stay either, but I also don't see how we can find and deport all of them. Do you want to have to show your "papers" everytime you go out your door?

Just another reason to come down on illegal immigration. When you have young man milling around looking for work,away from home, they start to look for companionship or start drinking. Illegals should not be fearful of reporting crime. However, the fact that they are here illegally is breaking the law and while here they use our social program,schools and emergency room health care, all at the tax payers expense. Just to stay here without getting caught requires false identification which is even a bigger crime.Our immigration laws aren't broken. It is the illegals that have taken advantage of our society,that have broken immigration.
