According to Mark Ritchie, this is not a problem. We don't have issues in MN with felons voting, remember?

Can't wait to see what he has to say about the mentally disabled adults who were bussed to the polls in Crow Wing County and and had their ballots filled out by their caregivers. "Smooth as silk" indeed, Ritchie, until he fraudsters get caught, that is.

....there are always a couple "election day judges" that feel they have to answer questions for the people voting!....it gives them power i guess.....they should direct these people to the head judge of the day!....but, you know bossy women....they just can't help themselves....so, I am sure that some of these illegal voters could have been deterred if they had been sent to the proper judge....of course it doesnt help anything now.....but, in the future, maybe???

LA city councilman indicted on felony voter fraud

Aug 4 2010 | AP
A Los Angeles city councilman and his wife were indicted on a total of 24 felony counts stemming from allegations he lived outside his district, prosecutors said Wednesday.
Richard Alarcon, 56, faces 18 charges of perjury, voter fraud and filing a false declaration of candidacy. His wife, Flora Montes De Oca Alarcon, is charged with six counts including perjury and voter fraud.
They both pleaded not guilty and were released on their own recognizance.
It was not immediately clear how much prison time they would face if convicted but it could be "substantial," said Jennifer Lentz Snyder, a deputy district attorney.
The 24-page indictment was unsealed Wednesday following a 15-month investigation by the district attorney's office.
Alarcon said nothing during the court hearing but later said that "the charges by the district attorney are baseless. My wife and I are innocent."
Wow, an entire story without a mention of his political party.
