I think "Furnish 1-2-3" probably refers to the number of months the products last. You get what you pay for.

Not going to say anything negative until I've actually seen the products. Whether you buy it from SlumberLand, Macy's, Hom, or even 1-2-3, most furniture sold in the U.S. are likely made by the same poorly-paid carpenters in Thailand or in that part of the world anyway.

But if you pay for particle board--you'll get particle board!

And if you're a lazy, fat American, your furniture isn't going to last as long as it would for someone thinner anyways!

Will stop by and take a look.

I'm happy with my $19 lamp from Target that I purchased around 15 years ago. Why pay more for one that won't last as long?

You don't always get what you pay for, but you do pay for what you get.

Furniture is all way over priced.

Furniture is normally what you pay for is what you get. I with you that furniture has really done up in price through the years. It used to be that you could buy a nice Dinette set for $299. Now at that price you get only throw away table and chair set. there still are great quality pieces, but your will not find them at HOM or 7 day furniture. Gabberts still has good items, but since HOM purchased them, the quality has dropped and the prices are staying the same.

Buy quality once and normally it lasts.
