Man escapes car crash

A Hinsdale man escaped serious injury -- but not possible legal action -- following a one-vehicle crash in the town over the weekend.

but not possible legal action ..charges are pending against the driver, the nature of which police wouldn't comment on as the crash remains under investigation.....Anyone who had a scanner heard alcohol was found!!
