I read this article when it came out. It's not like white people haven't always been doing their share of drugs. The only thing that changed is they are now getting busted for it! Hmm, maybe law enforcement is feeling the recession too and is having pick up prople they used to let slide. My mother lives in a large NE city. Her local paper is now publishing photos of ALL wanted criminals with previous convictins. She said there are far more white faces on those pages than black!
