They know who did it and if you have damage go to the police and file a report. A couple kids got shot at and one had to have surgery on their eye.

What about the two punks who jumped from the Cal Sag Bridge off of Harlem on Friday night. They think it's a big joke. Cops have their hands full of this garbage.

I heard at 17 they might be considered to be adults and pay for the damage. Who jumped from the Bridge? I knew a kid that jumped 115+ times.

Don't know who jumped, my husband heard on his police scanner that a driver called the police saying they saw 2 young men jump off the bridge.
There was all kinds of search & rescue out there, the cops eventually caught them later on. Another waste of taxpayers money on searching for 2 punks that did it as a joke.

Well steve, how about the guy who burned down gale Moore? What ever happened to that minor or those kids? They are frying them in orland! Making them pay the parks back. How about worth? Will that kid see jail time or will our village be paying for this one too in insurance premiums? What was the park boards decision? Never made the paper.

Why would you be so quick to judge? Just asking a question. My daughter lives near the park and was there when teh police showed up because they smelled the burning plastic. My 2 grandkids was upset and couldn't play there and one told me that this was the second time this had happened. Anyone who does something that distroys taxpayer items should be charged to the full extent. Did the kids that burned the park go to jail? Prosecuted? Did the board make a decision on this? Who decides what happens to the kids that do damage? I am not a lawyer. The paintballers were charged with something that the police seemed fair I guess? have not seen aything in the news about it. Things like this get hidden all the time by the cops. anyone who ruins something of someone elses should get what is coming to them. Makes me quesion the work of the police or the judging system. But I don't get why you are so quick to jump on me when I was just asking a question.

As far as the paint ball shooters....the two boys are football players from ABS High School and the get away driver was a female who's mother works at the village and the Water's Edge. Intials of C.B. is the mom. We hope they do not just get a slap on the wrist. The boy shot in the eye was a good kid in Worth and he is suffering everyday now.

The law is the law. The Police can not release the names of juveniles, whether this if good or bad, they are protected by law. I also believe what these kids did was wrong but I spoke with a cop and he told me that the States Attorney was brought in to review this case, and the STATES ATTORNEY made the decision as to charge them as juveniles. NO ONE ELSE. The States Attorney. The Police did their job. I suggest that if you are not happy with the States Attorney's decision then contact them.

Who sat around the Park Dist,, did nothing but talk on the cell phone and do the facebook? How does one get that job and then another job ? Several posts complained about that situation and they were ignored., Or they were told they didn't know what they were talking about. You recall, they moved to another towns Park Dist. How does one get a job like that? How much does it pay?
