Pharmacy giant CVS will pay $1.95 million and verify that all of its pharmacists are licensed in Indiana to settle a state complaint that pharmacists with expired licenses dispensed prescriptions for several years at two of its drugstores, the state attorney general's office said Tuesday.

Cvs seems to get suits out of court too. Cvs in woonsocket ri gave a stronger blood pressure med to someone and she had a reaction b/c she was a poor single mom cvs only gave her 4 thousand to keep it out of court and out of the media. Real nice move they are always trying to cover their tracks.
