Anon from Toronto, all sellers that have been abused by ebay, suspended unjustly by ebay, stolen from by ebay, etc, can all do something to get the word out to the entire world about the criminal activities of ebay that are going on under the public's nose, with the complete complicity and approval of the United States government. Your help does not have to require involvement in facebook. The cause is much bigger and much more widespread to limit itself to just facebook.

Many sellers and former ebay sellers are speaking out with youtube videos, blogs, twitter, pinterest, commenting on other people's blogs, commenting on ebay's own discussion boards, and yes, speaking out on facebook's various ebay related pages.

Please help, any way you can, spread the word. Ebay unjustly harmed so many thousands of people that are just trying to feed their families, people trying to pay their bills, disabled people trying to make ends meet, single mothers, etc. The world must wake up to the fact that a site that was once loved by nearly everyone has become corrupt at the top and the entire website is rigged against buyers and against sellers alike. Ebay Inc would have you believe that by using their site, you agree to all their illegal behind the scenes behavior. No company can require you to give up your Constitutional Rights. No matter how many equally crooked lawyers ebay is paying, all that's needed is a few judges to listen and a dose of common sense for regulators to see behind ebay's criminal smokescreen.

Get involved, before the only sellers allowed to sell on ebay are the big companies or Chinese sellers, which is ebay's plan all along.

Thanks for reading. Please help.

Michigan here,
Seen the post in ebay forum, just wanted to say.

Ebay policy is not reasonable and you don't have to abide by a policy to use the site.
For instance, if you sold a 25 pound item for parts, and get $20.00
The shipping would be like 30 to 40 $.

If we now have to pay return shipping without any proof from a buyer, a reason for a refund, then forced to pay return shipping.

In a court of law, that would be "unreasonable"

This falls under a type of thing like , to use the site you must commit suicide. Just because it's in a policy does not make it lawful.

My best suggestion would be for a slew of sellers to start some boycott, on November 1.

I also think this should be written on every topix forum, each city and expose how things work against sellers

Spreading the word as well. I know countless sellers who have been suspended on eBay & later on limited by Paypal.

This unfair behavior such as sitting on a lot of stock when they decide to destroy you and then losing their home, credit down the drain and then your exit invoice sometimes tripled. In my case, my DSRs were perfect. I assume my competition upset their pets. I then had collections on my back in about 14 days past due, called IT System. Being partially crippled, living alone and about 5 grand in stock really hurt. As far as their algorithm, I believe could be a big reason for good sellers being dumped. Since Goggle changed their system and eBay was not up to speed and still is not up to speed added to the problem. As far as customer service - I am one to stand up for myself, thus lots of phone calls and I am convinced they are trained to not identify a problem. For instance, my exit invoice I said to them I canceled my store and clearly will not be using it. CS: Hold on. So, you are calling to say your account was hacked? No. If it were not for a friend loaning me the money at age 60, me and my little dog would have been without a place to stay. The bank would have taken my modest home. I had reached an all time low when they suspended me for 3 days and on my return hid my items and they told me it would get better. My items were not selling. I had to keep re-listing and NOW they want to charge me for that! I only sold $1,100 and only by the grace of God I had a lot of Disney so if my former buyers were shopping and came to my site it was there. Out of $1,100 gross sales I ended up with 42 pages of small print charges. People have killed themselves over their brutal actions. Not so much I think because they were dumped, but rather the behavior of customer service when they called to attempt to get things back on track. At least that was my experience. I cried so hard when I finally got an American on the phone and begged them to plug me back in and said I would rather be dead than lose everything again. I was seriously injured by a doctor's negligence 13 years ago. It's been a tough road. I have high doctor bills and truly needed the money. They called the police on me and said they were worried I may hurt myself. That action took me straight down. I had no suicidal ideation prior, but after that and the visit I did and realized I would be better off because I couldn't cope with them anymore. Of note I'm very strong willed with a lot of determination. If they could bring me to suicidal ideation, what about the average person? I sought out to see if others felt this way. Wow, sure enough on their own discussion board, "eBay's latest seller standards are causing me to become suicidal" with many comments. One person definitely had ideation. I responded to this person in a positive way. I was then blocked from that subject. In my many letters to my attorney general, Federal Trade Commission among others I went back to the board and they removed it. Thankfully I was able to provide that information because I had screen shots. They are ruthless. Another thing is they show how many million members they have. Here's why. If you close your account you can never come back. And because of this all these people's identification has been stolen. What company would wait TWO months to admit it. Why then? Because someone took a hit and they realized it was going to come out. In my opinion even the government is intimidated by them. eBay contributes thousands of dollars for their campaigns and such. This I believe needs to stop. I have challenged this issue to the above referenced government in my multiple letters. I also am actively watching what I believe shillers are doing. Since they are manipulating their listings with titles and categories, the timing of when the bids get bumped up so high, my question is eBay involved or do they love it and support it. Many I have reported since June and nothing has changed. I asked is it just me. After reading Business Insider whistleblower I realized it was not just me.

It is true! When eBay starts giving a damn about your business, that is when we start giving a damn about theirs.
