Making justice accessible to all requires that every group have access not only to a gate keeper, or an attorney but to the law itself. Legalbargain.net has just such a program. By becoming a licensed affiliate and opening your own Legal Document Preparation Service in your own neighborhood, you are helping to put your own community on the right side of the law. Making access to the courts and other government agencies affordable for everyone. It took us over twenty years to dig the well, now come and drink the clean water! What is more, no one will be turned away because of an inability to pay for the program. In other words we finance everyone and since our program costs only one tenth of what the other franchises charge (Easy to see where there loyalty is) legalbargain.net makes the dream pretty darn easy for anyone to obtain. www.legalbargain.net Look for the red staircase and click for more information.

So, can anyone tell me if this is spam or a grievous waste of advertising dollars? I can't decide which.

Neither. The reason that we recently were able to help a man in an international custody case which others wouldn't touch for less than a 30k retainer is largely because we do not pay for advertising. We started that client's legal research for just $180 and finished writing his position paper for less than a thousand. At the rates we charge our clients it would be a negative ROI to advertise using traditional means. However word of mouth is very powerful. So if you are looking for clever we concede that we are not that at all. There are plenty of three hundred dollar an hour attorneys who have better marketing strategies than we do. We don't have the budget for that noise. Instead we do our promotions grass roots. But I caution you , if you come up against our spam eating asses on the opposite side of a case your going to need more than clever to prevail because we've got one of the top awarded legal researchers/writers in the world on our team. And we're looking for others who need to earn a living but who are not all about the Benjamin s who wish to learn the occupation and join a group of people, including a former Dean of a College, and professor of 35 years who work hard and are using our educations for a purpose that we believe in.

Your legal writers and professors are impressive, but they don't understand the difference between your and you're.

I wouldn't want them writing my legal papers, and I certainly would not want to pay for such quality.

Actually I am to blame for that error. I am a dyslexic and it is for that reason I do not work on anyone's legal drafts. I probably shouldn't be writing copy for the company either. You are right to criticize. But I assure everyone that I am not the one doing the legal writing. Please do not judge our abilities based on my writing and editing shortcomings. I actually do know the difference yet my disability makes writing a painstaking process for me. It requires that I rescan a paragraph several times for errors as I often use the wrong word and or jumble my letters. Unfortunately my patience is just average, so I often hurry rather than slow down to the pace that would make proofing my own writing doable for my circumstance. I drive slowly as well; people do become impatient with me. Truth is I become impatient with myself. This all has led to a certain self-acceptance, rather than being constantly frustrated. But if you equate my writing to our legal writers, to the professors, I have indeed done a disservice to my friends. If anyone truly doubts the ability of my team I will happily furnish Supreme Court position papers that you can read to confirm their abilities which far exceed my own. I'm the inductive thinker of the group. I am ashamed of myself for bringing negative comments and disappointing my team. I really should leave all of the copy writing to someone else.

Your company is in business to write for other people so they hired a dyslexic spammer? I wouldn't want to hire such incompetence either.

Actually the dyslexic guy is the owner of the company. You know what we use to call a guy who gets his rocks off from the safety of a fortification? We called him a coward. That apparently is what you are. I am man enough to admit my faults. And this is how you respond with arrogance and hate? Aside from being dyslexic I am also a university graduate. I have built several companies over the years employing a great many people. You know as I write this my blood pressure has not changes one increment. Actually I am embarrassed for you. You see this is communications for our company, I must respond, it is just business to me. I wouldn't call it spam because number one every word of it is true. And number two it is not being mass produced since I am obviously not a machine and number three I am spending my time not using some fabricated clever sales pitch.
I can tell you that one thing I have never done with my time. I have never wasted my time trying to tear down anything someone else has built. That is what we called "Crabs in a bucket behavior" You see the crabs don't know any better so instead of helping themselves or one another, they thoughtlessly y reach to pull the next crab back down into the bucket. Anyone who is real will see right through such arrogance and callousness. It is cowardly and revealing of a lack of character to poke fun at others. And to disparage a company simply because someone printed a typo why would someone do that, boredom? As if we do not have an editing process for our legal work, really? Our company is undeserving of such bitter and thoughtless remarks. We are a group of genuine and decent professional people who have worked very hard to be where we are in life and are deserving of better. Moreover, Let’s face it, anyone who behaves so badly over the internet probably is not a fair and impartial person in the real world either. That should do it.

Your company restructured fast. It went from you offering franchises to sell access to legal document preparation to being an army of professors and lawyers.

Still smells like scammy spam to me despite claims of dyslexia which would turn off customers in either proposed business service. Nobody wants to franchise document preparation from a dyslexic person, and nobody wants documents prepared by a dyslexic person.

Mr. Notorious.
There are worse ailments than being dyslexic. For example: having a very low intelligence quotient I would imagine to be more debilitating than being a dyslexic.
I have already made clear to those who can comprehend that we do not use a dyslexic to prepare our legal forms. The assertion that we do is slanderous and malicious in nature.
My company does sell franchises. Those can be found at the franchise mall. We are presently rated someplace between 9th and number 13th best rated franchise in the country. So I'm glad that you brought that up.
But you may be correct that some people would be turned off knowing that a dyslexic person is an owner at the company. I can live with that. Fortunately others are more informed about the nature of the disability and know that dyslexic people often have extraordinary traits that compensate for our weaknesses. Traits that is complimentary to a team.
We actually do not have an army of professors. We only have two that are actually on staff. The first is Professor Maria Britton, my wife and her undergraduate degree and her law degree are both from the University of Saint Thomas, which is an ivory league fully accredited University established roughly forty years before Harvard existed. I believe its present Dean may be a Harvard Graduate as many of them are. Some were from Brown, and Princeton. You've heard of those no doubt.
The second Professor is Dan Principe, former Dean of Latrone, and professor of 35 years. He is also a graduate of an ivory league school, AIM. His grandfather was the first governor of the Central Bank of the Philippians and one of the seven signors of the constitution. Dean Principe also was CFO for a company called Carnation and concurrently held the position as president of the national CPA organization PIC PA for a few years. It wasn't uncommon for him to teach at two or three universities at a time throughout his career. Legalbargain.net has an extensive worldwide group of affiliated attorneys that we work with. We presently operate in eight US States having an actual physical presence through our affiliates however our group has performed legal research and functions in most if not all fifty states.
Legalbargain.net only went live in 2011. So as an online firm one could rightly say that we have indeed made a unique transition within the industry. However that should not be so surprising since none of the principals involved are new to business. I have built 18 companies over my career before launching legalbargain.net . I care so much about what I do that I take every correspondence seriously. I am even willing to answer the charges of man who calls himself “notorious” on a Saturday evening. Now will there be anything else required to finally retire this silliness and move on to other matters?

I believe it was settled before I said a word.

By the way, for a guy that owns some company franchising legal paperwork companies and has a wife with a law degree you should know that slander is the spoken word. Libel is the written word. I didn't speak here, I wrote. I couldn't have slandered you.

This is of course yet another reason why I would never use your service.

To reiterate:
1. I did not go to law school, I manage the business
2. I do not prepare the documents, my wife does
3. I do not claim to be perfect
4. I know the difference between slander and libel, but I got sidetracked when I had to attend to someone at the door and clicked "post" by mistake.
5. To clarify, the document preparation came first before franchises. We just started offering it when people took interest in it.
It's a free country, no one is forcing you to use our company. I just thought I'd set the records straight. Now if you'll excuse me... I have better things to do (run my business) than pick a fight. online.
